  2. Thank you for the info. I was tested for every illness that you have mentioned, and the result was negative in every case. I'm very happy for that. Only thing that is bothering me is autonomic dysfunction that I got after upper respiratory infection- viral. I remembered one post that I have posted before: https://www.celiac.com/forums/topic/88905-the...
  3. Check this video, specially around 28 minut where Dr. Svetlana speaks about Mestinon. Today I have another bad day, I had chills for hour and later found myself asleep for prox. 90 minutes, so I can't write. Everything is explained in this video.

Open Original Shared Link Mestinon...
  7. I'm cooking a cabbage soup with Hungarian dry sausage and tomato sauce and with that we will have garlic knots rolls. I made them from my Challah recipe. Yummy!!
  8. When I have something "stinky" to store in my fridge, I will use many layers of plastic bags to seal the smell. In your case I would put eggs into two Ziploc bags, then in any plastic container and then in 4-5 plastic bags from store (Shoprite, Pathmark). This should be good enough to seal the smell. Ones I did that with the bread that I was freezing in...
  9. This recipe resemble mine and I can say that when you follow it, the result is perfect. I'm using the same dough for meat empanadas. My dough isn't hard, it will bake very quickly and will stay soft. You can call it apple pies because they taste like it. One tip: Work with the small amount of dough (for 4-6 empanadas only) and before you will roll...
  10. I'm making the stuffed egplant again with ragu and plain white rice and a vegetarian risotto with onion, carrot, peas and corn for my son.

  13. We have leftovers in my house too. I roasted 2 scallions and 3 chopped mushrooms in olive oil. I cooked NOTTA pasta- rice linguine. 3 minutes before the pasta was done I added 1 cup broccoli, 1 cup spinach and 1/2 cup frozen peas. I took everything out and mixed up with scallions and mushrooms. I added more cold olive oil and sprinkled generously with salt...
  14. No, I didn't cook the ground beef before. It will cook like meatloaf. The amount in one roll is proximately 1/2 of hamburger, so it will cook very fast. I just washed the spinach and mixed with the beef- no chopping. If you don't have the fresh spinach, use frozen one.
  15. It was awesome and a big hit. This is also a very quick meal. I will make it from now on more often. Who can eat cheese, can add into the beef mixture little be of parmesan cheese, or 1 cup shredded mozzarella, cheddar, or Monterey jack cheese.

  18. I'm sooooo happy that crepes turned out great. I think that to make funnel cakes you would have to add baking soda, or powder to make them more fluffy. I never made funnel cakes, so I don't have recipe for that yet. Maybe in the future. I saw one recipe on The Nate show that looked very interesting - cook was using beer and mashed bananas in the dough. I...
