Just the first page explains different things that you can have from diabetes, or not- autonomic dysfunction. Thanks for your suggestion. I got funny story about the second page. I had second tilt table test and the cardiologist who ordered this test thinks that I have POTS. I showed him the printed version from Causes of POTS with marks what was checked...

After many doctors visits when doctors looked at me like I was looking for illness, or attention from my family, when they tried to give me antidepressants for my "anxiety", I gave up. It happened for the past two years many times already. One doctor ordered blood work for celiac disease that came back negative after 3 months on gluten-free diet. He also...

I would like to suggest something too. Can you be fructose intolerant? I'm and after going gluten free I will have a very bad and strong reaction to fructose now. Before I had bloating, gas, occasional diarrhea from it, but now I will have excruciating pain in my intestines. It feels like somebody chop me in half. I must stay away from things that have high... -

Yesterday we had leftovers from Sunday- roasted pork, gravy with mushrooms, but with plain rice. I also made for my vegetarian son homemade Gnocchi with mushrooms and chives. For snack- desert we had homemade crepes with chocolate pudding, fresh raspberries, whip cream and chocolate syrup for topping. I had one with so-delicious coconut yogurt instead of... -
I apologize for the size of my story. It is just 1/3 from 12 pages that I gave to my new neurologist. The list of doctors tests, findings and appointments is missing. Here is the short version: Blood for: diabetes- two hours test, normal glucose, hypoglycemia, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, pancreatic hormones, Giuliani-Bare syndrome, Lyme disease...

Sometimes I feel like I have the Addison, but the eating- digestion doesn't fit the profile. I don't know. I didn't want to post all my problems, but I'm happy that I did. My endocrinologist tested only Aldolase serum, renin activity- normal. Then he ordered urine test for osmotality- came back low and urin sodium which came back high, or higher. He...

I live in New Jersey, in the USA. After two years now I finally found a doctor that understood my symptoms, didn't offered Prozac just to get me out of his office like others did.He is a director at the Neurological institute in Presbyterian Columbia University Hospital in New York. I saw many doctors, I had many tests and excessive, even repeated blood...

I would like to add this: Open Original Shared Link Check the video on the bottom of this. This is me, but my reactions are around 50-60% from hers on a very bad day. Thank God! Open Original Shared Link 70% from this list I have. I don't know what to think, what to do with all this. POTS is treatable, dysfunction is not.

I decided to post all my symptoms that I listed for my new neurologist that I recently visited at Columbia University Neurological Institute in New York. It sounds to him as autonomic dysfunction. I asked my regular doctor what this mean. She told me that this is very hard to diagnose and also very hard to find any medicine that will help. She told me that...

I made mashed potatoes with Earth balance margarine, rice milk and chopped fresh parsley; gravy with mushrooms and I roasted one big chunk of pork lion covered in spices- salt, black pepper, red paprika, salt, dry garlic and onion, nutmeg, grinded caraway seeds and ginger. Side dish: homemade pickles. Something simple. -

You can make them with any flavor of jelly. Roast 2 stick of unsalted butter (golden brown) for this amount of pirogis, put them into a bowl, sprinkle them with 1/4 teaspoon of salt and about 3-4 Tbsp. of sugar and enjoy. Or you can make them with ricotta cheese mixed with egg and parsley, like ravioli, but I never did that. You can use anything to... -

It was good. The smell in the house after you will pull that thing out of oven is beautiful, but that thing is enormous. Since then I have tried to make smaller one. I also made pastry for holidays and special Slovakian food with yeast dough that came out perfect. Everything is gluten and casein free. -

If you will have any leftovers left, put pirogis into plastic Ziploc bags and freeze them. Later just boil some water, put the frozen pirogis in it, and cook it for 5 minutes. Add topping and enjoy. You will have a very easy dinner. Another way to save some for next day is to add sour cream, roasted onion and salt in the bowl with pirogis and mix...
