    I just started going gluten free a few days ago. I am much more irritable and frustrated today (day 3). I am usually a laid back easy going person. My stomach actually feels a little worse so far...but I do have more energy so I guess that is a start. Interesting to see how this effects everyone so differently.

    So I just had my endoscopy yesterday and am waiting for the results from the biopsy. In the meantime I am starting to eat gluten free to see if I have some relief. I have been researching and excited about starting on this only because I want to feel better! Although I am anxious that I won't feel better for a while because I still have gallbladder problems...

    So in preparation of going gluten free....what are some good brands of tortilla wraps....or recipes to make your own? I really like making homemade quesadillas, fajitas, burritos, etc. and would really miss that. I am not so much a fan of corn tortillas at all. I love cornbread and muffins, but just don't like those tortillas much. Any suggestions??

    Ugh, hope you are feeling better this week! I started having gallbladder spasms last night...very strange. Didn't hurt any more than usual but very odd feeling.     I was wondering about whether she had the HIDA scan too. My gallbladder ultrasound came back normal with no stones...only after they did the HIDA scan with the CCK did they notice how poorly the gallbladder was functioning (functioning at 23%). It surprised me at the time because while I was having pain I really thought it was celiac or gluten related....

    Actually I think he is a great doctor for even looking into this. After all, my blood test was negative and for a lot of doctors that would be the end all right there.     Just curious what this really means. I have to have a repeat endoscopy as they only took one sample last time that showed signs of celiac. They are doing it again next week because my gene results reflected "VERY high risk" (the person who told me accentuated the word very when she said it) of celiac.What does that even mean?

    thanks, I actually don't have gallstones at all...just not working right I guess. I am definitely having gallbladder pain...so I am okay with having it come out I guess.
