    I recently tried some chocolate bars made by Scharffen Berger. They are really good, and I confirmed that they are gluten free. I feel better knowing they are made in a gluten free company.     1. Okay, the reason you are not clear on the distinction is because the medical field is also not clear on the distinction between gluten sensitivity/intolerance and Celiac Disease.     I was wondering if the diagnosis from Enterolab would satisfy the government as a diagnosis of the disease? Has anyone tried this? I would hate to pay an accountant and then be told it wouldn't count. Just because my own doctor doesn't accept the test results does not make them invalid. And I assume that they are a deductable medical expense as well....
