    Thanks everyone!!! You guys are too kind! I appreciate all the kind words about my efforts to support our troops! Our men and women are doing great things over there. And like you said almostnrn, a simple letter can make a soldier's day. Kudos to your hubby for reaching the 20 yr mark. WOW, that's awesome!!! My other half has been in for 15 years...

    Hmm...prior to finding out I had celiac I always had high cholesterol...I have not had it checked since going gluten-free....it's been over a year and a half, guess I should get to a dr!

    I searched this but "corn" kept coming up ...... I need some help w/ Vanilla Extract. Is pure and imitation BOTH safe or what? Is it just certain kinds that are safe?? Yep, i'm confused about this! I have a thing of Great Value PURE vanilla extract and I have a thing of McCormick's IMITATION vanilla extract. Just curious is I can use both...

    Okay.....BREATHE!!!!! Life can be such a crock sometimes can't it?? I'm sorry the past few days/weeks have been crappy. But you have to keep your chin up and remember that it could be worse....just take one day at a time and everything will fall into place....if you need my help w/ moving or whatever, e-mail me...or if it would make you feel better...

    Yes, you are correct! The meetings are usually on Mondays at Nine Richland Medical Park(??))! We have just had a hard time getting to the meetings due to other committments, being glutened, etc. Best of luck to you and let us know if we can help.     Okay so initially our plans were to go see "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow" at the outdoor amphitheatre, however we didn't realize it was "CASH ONLY"....Whoops!!! So after standing in the parking lot trying to come up with a back up plan, we decided to head to Earthfare to get a gluten-free Pizza so we could eat pizza and watch whatever cheesy scary movie...
