    It was so good to sit down with a doctor, present all my symptoms and he took me seriously. I have taken a list of symptoms in once before to my old doctor and she smiled and told me it was a virus. Actually, when I think back, EVERY doctor I've seen has told me I have a virus.     Hello I also think it's worth going to a doctor and requesting a full celiac panel. Once you explore that side of things, and if your results are negative, then you can always try a gluten free diet. It sounds like it may well benefit you! Good luck. I look forward to following your journey x

    I have been gluten free (I think) for 3 days now and feel like I'm going to throw up all the time. I don't want to eat anything and have aches, chills and extreme fatigue.
