  1. Sorry, but the existance of trix does not disprove your craziness
  2. Only time will tell, I am sure the early boxes will have a much higher risk then down the road though...
  3. BUT we got this: Open Original Shared Link For when we travel. It just easier, and cheaper. We did not pay that much, got it for about $50 when it was on sale, but its worth alot more then that for all the money we saved in buy junk food where ever we stop. This plus a supply of non-cold foods got us through our last couple cross country...
  4. First off, how old is your daughter? Form what I understand it is normal for some woman to be "slightly" anemic around thier menstral cycle. Anemia was the first sympton that started me on the road that lead to a celiac disease dx so yes, its a common sympton.
  5. In Nashville, I have only seen them in Wild Oats so far.
  6. Reminds me of palov's dogs.
  7. My toddler does not like them. He much perfers Wellshire Farms gluten-free Chicken Nuggets. But everyone tastes vary of course...
  8. Let put it this way.. You eat gluten, you sick. You stop eating gluten you get better. Umm what more do you want to know?
  9. I think the problem here is varance in serverity of symptons. If you have more server symptons you will be much more against cheating then some one who might have very minor symptons. Damage aside.. its symptons that realy impact behavior here, I think
  10. Main Entry: ce·li·ac Pronunciation: 'sE-lE-"ak Function: adjective Etymology: Latin coeliacus, from Greek koiliakos, from koilia cavity, from koilos hollow -- more at CAVE : of or relating to the abdominal cavity click here Open Original Shared Link and you can hear it pronouced
  11. That more chocolatly taste appears to be the key. I'll try them when they arrive. I need some kind of vartiy in cheap cearels.
  12. I think that while SOME ppl reading this right now do cheat, that the precentage of them that would ADMIT it is fiarly low. I personaly have not cheated yet, but only been on the diet a couple of months so thats not a huge success yet.
  13. Well the cost realy does not matter, if I cant find it at the grocery store. Its major deal to hike out to Wild Oats, and theres realy no other health food place around. I guess I will just have ot examine each one, then come home and look up the gluten info. Was hoping not to have ot go through all that. heh. Yoplait is a General Mills...
  14. Lisa, Different amounts fo gluten cause symptons in different ppl. Some ppl will get symptons from the lightest spec, and some will have to eat 1/2 loaf of bread it seems. BUT Lack of symptons does not mean lack of damage, or lack of gluten. Eating out any where is a dice roll, eating out a fast food place and you stack the odds against you much...
  15. As a parent of a 2 1/2 year old, I will not. Pretend for a min there was NEVER any possiblity of wheat in the fries themsleves. Pretnd they are 100% pure potateo... you still have a HUGE risk of cross contimation in thier friers. Why risk it?
  16. IN my Kroger they were on the same shelf as teh Flinstones Vitimans and the other big name kids vits. Good luck!
  17. Probably costs 4 times my yearly income per ouce!
  18. Bah! Not Nice! I'll just stick with my gluten-free 2 cluture ones then (all Kroger Brand Yogurt is gluten-free per a phone call to them.)
  19. Coolness! So your store has newer stock then mine. Okay that might mean when the stock in my store is used up I might get some. "new more chocolately taste" is a good sign too, that means there was a deliberate formula change. The trix that you have that is NOT gluten-free , whats the date on it?
  20. Intresting note on thier site:
  21. Now just need eat up all the wimpy yogurt we bought LOL
  22. My bottle says: "This product contains no wheat(gluten), milk, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, aritifical colors, flavors, or preservatives." THis is "L'ilCritteres Gummy Bites"
  23. Thank you. That makes sense, alot more sense then magical fryers
  24. Thanks! I will check out Stonyfield
  25. Unelss you get at least four of the tests down you do not have a very good chance at getting a reliable answer, IMO. My son only scored a postive for celiac disease (but it was a STRONG POSTIVE) on one of the secondary tests. My self only had the 2 "screening" test, and neither of them was I postive on. I would get them the full celiac disease panal...
