  2. Hmm I'll email them too, get the list and scan it in for you, what address did you use? EDIT: I used the contact us page on thier site... will let you know if/when I hear. Only got this autoreply so far... Will update you when I hear more...
  3. The box of puffins I have says Gluten free on the side panel. I have not had a problem with it. Make sure they box you have says gluten free on it. Not all varties of thier cerals are gluten-free, only the ones that state it on the box. As I recall, the Honey Puffins is gluten-free, but the Cinimon one is NOT as an example.
  4. I have had the opisit experence, and just dont go anymore. Not worth it, IMO.
  5. Any treatment of SYMPTONS while recovering? Treid maloox did not have any impact... ugh....
  6. Okay, heres the simple deal... if your child gets better with gluten-free, and worse when he gets gluten that is diagonostic enough. A full blood panel and biposy could confirm that, but ONLY IF YOU DO NOT PUT HIM ON THE GLUTEN FREE DIET. You siad he is currenlty on the diet, so his test will not be usefull.
  7. Gess should ahve posted my in this thread, oh well here it is: Open Original Shared Link Its gluten-free and EF and low carb
  8. Wife fixed it might want to recheck it if you looked already.. LOL
  9. hye... the GPL test lists... SOOOO That would tell us right????
  10. Some one asked some where... so here you go! "Italian Meatloaf" 1 pound Ground Beef 1 pound Ground Chicken 3 cups Spaghetti Sauce 2 cups Italian-style Shredded Cheese 1 tbs. Italian Seasoning Reserve 2 cups of spaghetti sauce and 1 cup of Italian-style shredded cheese for later. In large bowl mix rest of the ingredients. Form...
  11. The way I see it is with the expection of specialty stuff EVERYTHING has cross-contimation issues, therefor its redundant to state that. If they merely disclose all thier ingreditens and do not hide anything, then that is enough for me.
  12. Carriefaith stated that they do, I have never had a reason to check either way on it since dairy is not a concern here.
  13. I dunno if thats ths best choice of shows, they are the ppl that spend alot of time with UFO, monsters in woods at night, and many other topics considered to be "wackos' type things. Alot of ppl state they listen for pure enjoyment at the wackoness of it. Every time I have tuned in its been some thing very far fecthed like a culture of aliens living underground...
  14. Reviewing this thread this am a few thoughts struck me... 1) My son did not show postive on the IgA scale either, making it likly we are both IgA deficent, and if the <insert not nice adjactives here> insurace company would allow the other tests I would test postive. 2) I have celiac disease. If I can get the ELISA test covered I will check...
  15. Wow you rock! I have not seen a list that comprehensive! BTW - here is a dirty little trick I have learned over the years, many, MANY recipes that call for egg... just do not need them. I have left them out of Meatloaf, meatballs, icecream, and many other things over the years with no impact. And that was before I knew I was gonna have a son with an...
  16. Been thinking about this as I layon the couch in pain and lets for a min (or 5 or how ever long this takes...) ingore the IgA score of 0...and the non-postive bisopy... Few years back I was fat. Did not look fat, not realy... but had gained about 4-5 inches in the wiast, and was pushing on 200 pounds. I have a large frame so very few ppl would have called...
  17. Why less then thrilled? Thye just told you thier products are all safe unless they say otherwise onthier lable? Thats a good thing!
  18. Whipped tofu?? not heard of such a thing?
  19. Please let me know ho Organ works out! Aslo how much EnergizerG stuff do you use per egg?
  20. If I turn out to be celiac disease, I would be willing to try it, but only after being gluten-free for a while so that I can see if I react at all.
  21. My son can NOT have egg, and most egg substitues have egg in them (!!!), but this one says it does not. So my quyestion for ya'll... how does it work? Can I take like any given recipe and use a scope of this stuff to replace an egg in it? Anyone use it at all?
  22. Well if it was just me, probably would. But I ultimatly need to know if theres somthing else, for my son's sake. He seems to have inherited most of my umm "issues" so if theres some other intolernce here, I want to know to watch him for it too.
  23. Actully as much as I say negatives about Fast Food Joints, I would say you are probably more liky to find cross containmation in the fryers in a "formal" resturant. They almost never have dedicated fryers. I was a short order cook for a while, and we only had 2 fryers which we cooked everything in. And in talking to staff at places I have tired to eat at...
  24. I have had TWO Endoscopies with bisopys, and TWO rounds fo the blood test, no sign of celiac disease. So after 2 weeks of gluten-free'ing I had some gluten on Sunday. Couple little cake thingys at a chuch function, that was around 1130am or so. Felt fine rst of day, and then at dinner for some reason that I do not know remember (brain fog prbly LOL) I order...
  25. I believe, but not 100% sure, that thier ketchup is made by hienz, and is gluten-free.
