  5. My son had a bad reaction to McDonalds... I wont risk it with him again. Most places I dont get fires at all. I have my own fryer, and I can trust it.

  7. Icecream only. Thier normal stuff is part cake part icecream, so they had to make it up specail. They alsed lots of questions, and were very good about it. I ugess I cant speak for any other location, but at least this one realy cared to take the time... I will be back.

  11. Sounds just like me! Cept my son has not yet turned two and celiac disease only sets in after you start them on wheat... around 6-9 months in most cases so I cant say "years" with him.
  12. From what I can tell reading elsewhere (this thread not getting much help here ) a "flour mill" is a grinder that you load whole grains in to and grind in to flower. They raing in pricne from aroun 25-35$ to well over $500... and I have no clue why the huge range, or what to look for in a mill.

  17. Hmm foil on stoves, or at resturants is one thing... but on a barbaque at home? No thanks, most of the reas to cook that way is for the falvor that the cooking method gives, and the foil basicly means go inside and fry it. IMO. Mine will just stay gluten-free, and if someone doesnt like it, they can bring thier own.

  23. Thanks all! Nope, just thought it might be somthing to worry about with my son (connected to gluten some how...), but since he drinks whole milk, and eats string cheese, I doubt its of any concern.
  24. I see alot of ppl mention they need gluten-free/CF foods. Recenlty I figured out that CF = Casein Free... whats Casein, and how does it play in to all of this?
