McDonalds now calims , as per thier GLUTEN STATEMENT (different then the wheat statement) on thier site that the falvorings used in thier fries does contain dectectable amounts of gluten. They no-longer list thier fries as gluten free. SOME on this site will defend McDondals...

    As for playdough, you can get gluten-free playdough from Discount School Supply that works just like he real thing. ALL KIDS, ESPLY BOYS will eat some playdough at some point. Plus it gets everywhere, in every crack it can find, eplsy places like under finger nails. As for the rest... you boy is 3... is there anything he does not put in his mouth...

    We have a letter that we created and give to his teachers that says all that, and then we personally checked all thier art supplies/etc an provided them with gluten-free alternatives (gluten-free Playdough, etc). If you do the foot work for the teachers, and make it easy on them,I believe you will find everything tends to go much better in most cases...

    Lay Staxx is gluten-free, and they state its on a dediceted gluten-free line. Favored chip at our house NOTE: Their are plenty of storys of DARIY contimantion in them, so if you have DAIRY problems, skip them. Personaly I recomed AGAINST this list completely.     I am really struggling tonight. I dunno why, but I am on the very edge of rage, and I thought I had that beat. I am wondering about the 3 cups of cafinated coffee I had today, I gave up cafine a while ago cause it makes blood sugar harder to contorl (its a stimulant so everything works faster.. ie use up blood sugar faster), but was not an nazi aviodance...

    Its when ice cream partly thaws and refrezzes often. The mosture in the are settles on it an turns to the crystals. Its bad for the flavor / texture.

    okay, lets ty it this way... Im standing inthe store and I have one of them brown hairy coconuts in my hand, and I want to know if its good or bad? Whats the magic tirck? Last one (wel only one) I tried the meat was yellowish, and putting a hole in it was extremely easy , did not need a hammer, just pushed it in. Tasted like a house hold cleaner...

    Time to stretch your self and find new comfort foods then. But.. when I went dairy free I went nuts tring to replace Ice Cream (PTL!!! Diary not a issue!!!) so I know exactly what you mean.
