    IMHO Glutino makes the most "normal" bagels (size/flavor/texture wise). I've tried theri Cinn/Raisin and plain. Both are really good! Enjoy Life bagels taste ok, but they are tiny and odd shaped, like little mutant bagel thingys

    I'm soooo jealous! I'm nowhere near there but it sounds like a lot of fun! The wife and I always go for a hike in the Adirondacks (here in NY) for our anniversary/leaf peeping. It won't be long now. Have fun, I hope you have a great turnout.

    the last time I made it I mixed it with Lundberg's wild rice blend and threw in some sauteed veggies (diced Carrots, onions , and teenie-weenie broccoli florets). I made the rice and quinoa in about 2 1/2 c. chicken broth ( I made the broth from HerbOx cubes) I think I used 1 C. rice and 1/2 c. quinoa if I remember correctly. Once the rice/quinoa have cooked...

    If they 're frozen about 40-45 mins, "fresh" 30-40 mins at 400F, but keep an eye on them!

    I find that warm drinks like tea (decaf) seem to help a little bit. If you drop in some honey and lemon, then you get the whole soothing thing going on. As for the insomnia, have you ever tried C-SPAN? Works like a charm for me!
