  3. Oh, I see how it is. I go away and now you're INVITING men over here So what you're really saying is that you missed me? I'm with V'scope on not much embarassing me. I've had to make the dreaded trip to the drugstore more than once. No matter how much other stuff you buy to hide the fact your buying something with wings that doesn't fly...
  4. This is one show where there really is no catching up! It has so many twists and subplots that to catch up you need to rent the Season 1&2 dvds. You would love it! A little slow, but watching Matthew Fox make those twisted/tormented faces makes me laugh at innappropriate times. That character is a nut job!
  5. Sorry, I couldn't resist Those aren't really my toes BTW! My wife should be used to it though, my father-in-law and 2 of my brothers in law have feet that look like that Maybe I'm the brave one? Gross story: My father-in-law once sat down at the kitchen table (his house) with a pair of those heavy duty Cutco kitchen scissors and gave himself...
  6. I think you'll be surprised once you take a look at it. When you get the catalog look for products with a "g" in the Wrhs/Info column. The "g" means it's gluten free! They carry most of the big name brands Bob's, Namaste, Ener-G, etc. I hope it works out for you.
  7. Please give him a carrot (Absolutely NO OATS - not even McCann's!) and tell him mom misses him. Did you find his back legs?
  8. McCann's. Oatmeal has been much debated around here, so can eat it, some can't. Do a search and you'll find a whole bunch of different ideas on the subject.
  9. I may be dumb, but I'm not STUPID! A 'laptop' is probably not a good idea! I was thinking of having my nails done (pedicure) as a special treat for myself. I'm weird. See --> http://gim.gupshup.org/gal/H/yumm4539_7650328.webp A little polish really brightens things up.
  10. They won't even let me be an "ISH"
  11. LMAO at Sawyer and the fish biscuit!
  12. Here's to a "sugared up" kid in time for Halloween!
  13. "practice!" LMAO! Who's gonna explain the significance of the full moon to me? Something along the lines of "once in a blue moon"? Karen? oh, KARENNNNNNNNNNNN!
  14. My anniversary is coming up 10/10, and last night Mary (my wife) asked if I wanted to do a weekend getaway. Well, more like a Saturday night getaway. Do you think this is just an odd coincidence, or has my wife been lurking around here (listening to Karen )? Either way I think I'll be taking her up on the offer. Maybe we'll have a new fridge next week...
  15. I also live in a rural community and struggled to find a relatively affordable source for gluten-free foods. I discovered a co-op in my area that orders through this buying club. Open Original Shared Link Click on "Find a buying club" to see if there is one in your area. Each "co-op" has it's own rules, but the one I'm part of have no membership fee...
  16. (looks around, counts 1-2...) Only 2 of us here, 1 of us is not of the female persuasion... I'm outta here!
  17. First you want me to say something, now you want me to skidaddle...geessh. I'm actually hard at work today, I'm catching up from 4 days of goofing off...or is it that I'm catching up on my goofing off....sometimes I can't tell the difference
  18. If you can find it Namaste makes an awesome Chocolate cake mix. It turns out very rich, great w/ vanilla ice cream or a big glass of cold milk. Open Original Shared Link
  19. I was just taking a head count... not quite 40 of you in here...False advertising if you ask me. Anybody own a pair of these? Open Original Shared Link
  20. I would hesitate to make that my first gluten-free restaurant experience. As I recall alot of their menu items are breaded, fried, covered in white gravy and served with biscuits. Even if you find something on their menu that looks safe I would be concerned about the high probability of cross contamination from crumbs, flour "dust", dirty grills, etc. If...
  21. You ARE BRAVE! I can just remember my sister busting our eardrums when she was learning. I woldn't want to do that in front of 10K early on a Sunday morn! Can you play any Jethro Tull solos? Ian rock's on that thing! Do you know he took up the flute because he thought he could never be as great a guitar player as his contemporaries? (Clapton,...
