  1. Edited the link - see if that works.
  2. Spices: Plain spices (rosemary, thyme, oregano, etc.) with one ingredient are required by law to not contain anything else. If it is a mixture, you have to read the label. However, McCormick will clearly list any gluten in the ingredients, so you don't have to worry about it being "hidden." If you don't see w/r/b/o on the label, its safe to consume...

  13. Its hard to make an assessment of that - we do have statistics on celiac and its relation to other autoimmune disorders, but since we do not have a full definition/testing for gluten intolerance/sensitivity, its hard to assess the relationship to other autoimmune disorders.
  14. I'm sorry, I'll stop posting Celiac related information on a Celiac forum. I must have lost my mind. Thanks for the gentle reminder.

  22. I give him an A for effort, though!
  23. Well since Patti appears to have a sense of adventure, why don't you cross post it, Patti?
  24. It depends on the test - if its the total IgA, you want it to be normal so that you aren't IgA deficient. IgA deficiency and makes the other tests unreliable. My guess is that she was probably referring to the total IgA if she said it was "good." The other IgA based tests are AGA IgA, EMA IgA, and tTG IgA.
