I know gluten itself can't, at least according to my doctor, but if Mom has celiac and baby has celiac and baby gets the atnibodies through the breast milk, could it cause malabsorption?

  24. I just feel like these tests have to improve. I had to keep my four year old on gluten in order to get his endoscopy and it's just barbaric. It's like if a doctor tells you, "I think there might be broken glass in your cereal.
