  1. He could only check one at a time, and had to research each one, so I only asked him about the one that I bought. I know I should have asked about all of them, but I felt bad.
  2. All Allegra products are gluten free. Allegra 24 is casein free.
  3. I'm fine with all their gluten-free stuff that are labelled gluten-free. (they also have gluten-free things that are not labeled gluten-free becasue they are made in their facility with wheat.)/
  4. i wouldn't recommend carraba's... i am dairy free (like vegans) and find pretty much nothing to eat on their gluten-free menu, and it's laden with many cheeses! sans cheese and meat = just some veggies. it was really tough there.
  5. Since I see you're on theCanadian border, candian Fisherman's Friends are gluten-free and work very well.
  6. yeah, it's really weird. i get weekly bloodwork done so i know everything is normal. i don't really care (like, it isn't hindering anything), i just think it's weird.
  7. Is that weird? The feeling is 'there', but it's really numb and tingly and has been for about two weeks.
  8. Muffins (try as a loaf) 3/4 c. hot water 1/4 c. oil 1/4 c. honey 2 c. rice flour 1/8 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons baking soda 1/2 teaspoon vitamin C crystals (or 2 Tablespoons lemon juice or vinegar*) 1 teaspoon cinnamon (omit if you need to) 1 t. vanilla (omit if you need to) 375 degrees. - Combine wet. Mix dry. Add dry to wet. 20-22 minutes...
  9. There are no casein derivitaves in the ingredients, but when I call, I was going to make sure of that too! Such a process, eh? I know they are different - but thanks for clarifying for others.
  10. you can try one of the lactose free versions
  11. okay, I got the children's one, because I am tiny anyways. but for Canadians: Allergra 24hour says Lactose Free on the box (!), and i am calling on Monday re: if it is for sure gluten-free or not.
  12. Thank you! I checked Clartin Allergy, and that's why I saw the lactose. I hope they have it Canada! I'll go check. Also, on their website there is a coupon (for Americans...) if that helps out.
  13. Does anyone know of any gluten-free/casein free seasonal allergy relief? Benedryl makes me tired, and I don't know any more. Claritin, I just checked, has lactose. I can hardly swallow! PLEASE!
  14. Open Original Shared Link also look at innseekers.com for gluten-free b&bs
  15. yes you are... fatty.
  16. I get the eating disorder thing constantly. I had to learn to be comfy with my bod or it would drive me crazy. I felt so ugly for so long and frustrated becasue of lack of exercise. But now I feel a lot better.
  17. molly - i'm twenty-three, graduated with a bachelor's degree, and i am asked when i am finishing high school.
  18. molly - i hear that at 5'7''.5 and about 95lbs. i wish i didn't have the bod of a middle schooler!
  19. My doc reiterated to be careful, luckily, I am naturally muscular, or who knows how much I would actually weigh? Weights = more muscle = you burn more when doing cardio.
  20. Okay I am not sure where you are in Canada, but let me know if there are other things you can't find, too, because if I am going to send it, I might as well send a whole bunch of goodies!
  21. I can send you some. Just let me know! I'm actually out to go get some later this week.
  22. No, I didn't, because I am Canadian! It just has a stronger/larger capacity... More power. 'Better' parts to it. The Artisan was definitely good though, and had I not found such a great deal on the other, I wouldn't have gotten the better one.
  23. I am 5'7'' and a half and about 95lbs. I used to be a runner at 125 (and healthy). My three doctors said no exercise but walking. I suggest you do the same.
