  1. Epsom salt baths are good for those who are affected neurologically. I took one just to draw the toxins out but ended up with less anxiety & a sense of humor. Then I read the reports about it helping children with autism and ADHD.

  2. Licked a partial envelope on Monday & having symptoms. Oh well. Maybe this is a small glutening...

  3. Overdid it yesterday. YOUCH today!

  4. It is recommended that we eliminate dairy from our diets for 6 months and then try reintroducing it. I will probably just stick with goat milk products instead of the full range of dairy products when I reach that milestone. Also, the Paleo diet made me feel so much better (that's no grains). I've spent many months eliminating one thing after another and...
  5. I tell ya, life is umpteen times easier now that I've gone PALEO.

  6. So far I'm very happy with the Paleo diet. Grain-free might be the way for me!

It works? I tried grain-free for a few months, then I ate a gluten-free cupcake and it went down from there.

Need to do it again. I felt much better.

It works well for me. I never felt better and then the last two nights, I ate a bunch of raisins. Not feeling so great today.

  7. Yes, I have broken through the clouds feeling better and then have to hunt for the new offender. As GottaSki has said, for those of us that had symptoms for years prior, we can take a long time to heal. But look at her, she's SKIING! I just went grain-free a few days ago & felt good yesterday. Last night, I had a few spoonfuls of Coconut Bliss ice...
  8. I think it was soy withdrawal. Couldn't find anything on Tylenol withdrawal. How crazy is that?

  9. Hey thanks AlwaysSomething! I will check these out :-)
  10. Migraines were the first thing that went away after giving up gluten. I have a dream team of doctors that have no clue about it. Sunday night, I realized the Tylenol I've taken for years had soy in it so I stopped that. I'm on the back end of withdrawal from taking Tylenol that my doctor said was safe for life! Yesterday was the worst of it with some...
  11. I just went through Tylenol withdrawal. I was taking the recommended dosage & my doctor told me I could do that safely for life. BS!!!! Yesterday I gave up coffee too but today, I'm drinking my java.
  12. I'm feeling everything, including damn sorry for myself today.

  13. I'm sorry. I am 5 months in and still learning. It's a process of learning and adjustment. Learn, adjust, learn, adjust, learn, adjust. I've had to forgive myself for not rising to my level of expectations and then forgive myself for having too high of expectations. Many veterans here feel very good and it took quite a few of them a long time. One person...
  14. Folks, I thought I'd stopped ingesting anything with soy but I was terribly wrong. Somehow we ended up with a lot of soy products in our house. In addition, I found out Tylenol has stearic acid which is a derivative of soy. It also dawned on me that Tylenol is full of chemicals (duh!). This must be the benefit to having a clearer mind. I've been...
  15. I did not know I was still consuming soy in the form of stearic acid in Tylenol. Boy do I feel better today!

It is said that the only things remaining on earth at the end if there is another cataclysm such as a supervolcano or giant meteor strike are insects such as cockroaches and ticks. But if they come up with a self perpetrating hybrid, it's gonna be a tick that sucks on soy plant juice and poops out gluten pellets for cockroaches...

Yummy. :) I'm definitely tired of all of this. However, it's time to face the pain... erh I mean the music. I just thought the pain had subsided but the Tylenol was masking it. All the things we do to not hear our bodies!

  16. Feeling good today & tonight *yea*!

  17. ARGH! Nature Made D3 has soybean oil and corn oil! What was I thinking? Well, at least my Vitamin D increased...

  18. Soy in one of my vitamins FINALLY CAUGHT.

  19. I almost sprayed breath spray in my mouth last week and was amazed that I stopped myself.
  20. Welcome FloridaGuy! So sorry you were just glutened. Note to self: No Fireside Angus burgers!
  21. Boy am I ever tired (and itchy) but at least I walked today.

  22. Already feeling the peace.
