  8. i make a dairy/lactose free alfredo all the time! i use on can of thai kitchen coconut milk, garlic powder, salt, ALOT of pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg. slowly bring that to a boil and then i add potato starch until its as thick as i want! i do thicker for pizza and thinner for a pasta dish. its really good on pizza (or pasta) with onions, garlic, fresh...

  19. hi! i just thought id share this recipe i came up with the other day. this is vegan, but you could modify it if you eat dairy. in a frying pan i cooked squash, zuchini, onions, garlic, portabella mushrooms, jalapenos (all diced) in a bowl i took 2 cans black beans, one tub tofutti "sour cream" , one package taco seasoning and stirred it all togther...
  20. man this stuff is so good!!! its labled right on the side.. gluten-free, lactose free, vegan, organic, trans fat,free.non-dairy...etc. ive had 2 flavors so far. chocolate peanut butter fudge and mud pie. the mud pie one is amazing,, it almost has a "coffee" taste to it with chunks of gluten-free chocalte cookie in it. definetly check them out!
  21. well holy cow~!! that is the right one.. but it shows up on my screen as an older one i had up of my dog in my car. this is so strange ! it must be safari.. because when i switch over to IE it shows up as the one with him with the bow on! thanks again for everyones help!! i want to be able to swtich them often because i just got my wedding photos...
