  2. hhhmmm.. thats scary. they say gluten-free and dairy free right on them and the ones with oat in them dont, but i think im to afriad to try them now. thanks for the warning. i think ill steer clear also!
  3. hi.. i live in burlington vermont.. about an hour and a half from montreal and we go up there quite often.. my fiance and i are also vegan and i am gluten-free. i dont know of any specific gluten-free resturants.. but we eat at ethiopian and indian resturants all the time! the ethiopian is amazing!!!! i know of a place too that is all vegan ice cream!!!...

  5. i just found these at my local health food store and they look really good. there are like 5 flavors that are gluten-free and i got 3 that are gluten-free and df. they are just little snack bars , but not junk food. all natural..yummy.

  7. thanks guys!! im pretty sensitive to ephedra like substances so im glad that stuff isnt in them anymore. im going to GNC tomarrow so i make sure i get something "healthy"

  9. the reason in lightens your clothing, towels, pillowcases is because it has peroxide in it.. it does not have bleach in it. i have gotten regular hydrogen peroxide on my bathroom rug before and it has lightend it. if you get regular peroxide on your clothing sometimes it will lighten it also. this is just a stronger % of peroxide. if you just wait...

  14. oooh! pecan pie would be amazing !!! i ate the chocolate mousse one last night and it was really good.. ecspecially because i dont like super sweet things , so this was just enough sweet. im going to try the blueberry one next week!

  16. i just found natural feast pies at my store today and im sooooo excited! they are gluten-free, dairy free, egg free and VEGAN!! i cant wait to go home and heat mine up!!! let me know if anyone else has tried them!

  18. i usually get massaman curry! its delicious!! its just made from coconut milk and thai red chili paste and some veggies and spices. most things at a true thai resturant should be gluten-free. pad thai should be too. i have never run into a problem at thai resturants unless its like a "thai fusion" restaurant, and then i run into the soy sauce issue. but...

    i do bikram yoga! i love it!! i seemed to always pull things and be sore when i did ashtanga classes, but bikram seems to be the match for me!

  24. i have eaten the amy's ones with out getting sick. also there is green guru ones that are labled gluten free right on them. they are really good!! they have things like pad thai and different indian food ones too!
  25. hi there! im vegan and had a hard time at the begining of being gluten-free because almost all meat subtitutes as you know are filled with wheat and wheat gluten. the only "burgers" i have found that are gluten-free and vegan are SUNSHINE burgers. they are really good i think and they come in 3 flavors.. original.. spicy black bean .. and bar b q. there...
