  1. I agree, not Altoids for minors. I do think that minors should be carded when buying Altoids. Karen, you have personally self educated a new generation. ....of upcomming happy adults.
  2. It all depends on how long you have been gluten free. When your small intestines are inflamed, you, or I have gotten those stabbings pains. I attribute that to intestinal inflamation.It will subside your get adjusted to the diet. and gluten is removed. Hope that may also help. Lisa

Just of few things to get you started...This is what I use and is gluten free: Dove Shampoo Dove Soap Burts Bees lip stick and gloss La Choy Soy Sauce McCorrmicks Vanila Most of Paul Newman's Salad Dressings Most Mayos Heinz Katchup All of Kraft Products will indicate ...etc. It's alot to learn, but you can do it. And it really gets ALOT...

  21. I was never a big sandwitch kinda girl. I you truely want to be safe, I would up to the Hillshire farm pre package meats and not do the deli sliced meats. There is probably no difference in taste and it would last longer in the package.

  24. Thank you all, my good friends here. I do think that it is the Clinique lipstick. I will revert back to Burts Bees lip gloss for many days to verify. The Cover Girl Blush has not effected me, but going out tomorrow. Any suggestions for blush. I am looking at the last week and the only introduction was the Clinique lipstick. (at $15.00).   25. For five days I have had the classic D, and lower back pain is comming back. I am fairly confident it is not a food issue as I have been really careful and check with the Delfi List often.
