It all depends on how long you have been gluten free. When your small intestines are inflamed, you, or I have gotten those stabbings pains. I attribute that to intestinal inflamation.It will subside your get adjusted to the diet. and gluten is removed. Hope that may also help. Lisa -

Just of few things to get you started...This is what I use and is gluten free: Dove Shampoo Dove Soap Burts Bees lip stick and gloss La Choy Soy Sauce McCorrmicks Vanila Most of Paul Newman's Salad Dressings Most Mayos Heinz Katchup All of Kraft Products will indicate ...etc. It's alot to learn, but you can do it. And it really gets ALOT...

I was never a big sandwitch kinda girl. I you truely want to be safe, I would up to the Hillshire farm pre package meats and not do the deli sliced meats. There is probably no difference in taste and it would last longer in the package. -
