I've done all these things (gluten free since June 1st, 2013, low idione since July 15, 2013 and changed out all my soaps and detergents) and it feels like I am on the right track. There was nothing - NOT A THING - on the table that I could eat, because everything was either cozied up to sliced bread, or had pita sticking out of it, or was on the same board as some crackers (and their relentless crumbs). So I am working to reduce it as much as possible, through meditation, gentle exercise, therapy and naps.
