  11. I notice I start to "suck wind" pretty quick now. I usually have to wait a few minutes or fight through it. My second wind is actually AMAZING....I can play hoops for like an hour, but after the first 15 minutes I feel so winded, but Like I said, it goes away....

  14. I lift 3-4 times a week and play racquet ball 3 times a week. If you want to gain weight, you gotta eat! I have used creatine and eaten 4-5 meals a day. Its possible, but you can't quit after 2 weeks. You will notice results in 6-8 weeks. Hope this helps...
