    Con Agra will list any gluten in the ingredient list. There is always a chance of cross contamination, though. I have to be very careful of processed foods of any kind--it can be hit or miss, depending on how sensitive you are.

    My thoughts eggzactly! <pukephace> When I phirst saw them, I thought it was sandwich flavored soda I remember Jones (I think it was) a couple years ago had soda that tasted like things like stuffing and mashed potatoes.

    Woah Rah-shell! Sounds like yer house may well be haunted. I know that I have seen my grandparents who appeared to me years after they were gone. I wouldn't be scared either--from what you've said before and now this, it sounds like whomever is lurking means your family no harm. I wonder if the thumb rule applies for ghosts....

    At Outback, I always order the small fillet with no seasonning, either the loaded baked potato or baked sweet potato, and the mixed veggies with no butter/seasonning. I'm leary of ordering salad anywhere.

    What if you were weeding and managed to avoid heatstroke but may have touched poison ivy? I immediately ran in and washed my hands wif soap and water--is that enough? I got poison ivy 5 years ago and it was awful I would like to avoid that again.....

    I suffered greatly with anxiety before going gluten-free. I dealt with it for years--panic attacks, too. I have been on the diet for over 5 years, and still get anxious when glutened. It's one of the first symptoms--and the last to go.

    I used to get them often--mostly on the inside of my cheeks. Now, if I get into cross contamination, they reoccur.

    It took 2-3 weeks to kick in. Nothing really happened when I stopped taking it--my doctor said that the treatment can be repeated if it works for me, but I haven't needed to repeat it--yet. I took a Pepto capsule with each meal and before bed for 2 months.
