    My blow dryer died this morning. Put my almost dry hair up in a pony tail and ran to Walgreens to replace it. Can nae do wifout me blow dryer Thunderstorms came through earlier this morning but they were quick--it's back to sunny and hot.

    I understand--I have a terrible problem with finding personal care products that agree with me. Finding gluten-free ones have been easy--it's the chemicals and fragrences added to the mainstream things, and the seemingly ever-present coconut in the natural products that make it difficult for me. I switched to a free and clear shampoo that had no fragrence...

    Jeepers...it's hot all over--there's no gettin' away from it! How you holdin' up Em wif no A/C?     Junior Mints are gluten-free--I believe they are made in a facility that doesn't use any gluten. They do have soy though--I eat them once in a while, if I eat them too often the soy will begin to get to me. I love 'em, though

    Mornin' sills Jan-it!! So yer staying put fer a while Glad yer back! Gawd Leesiugh--it must be so hard to get yerself together in the morning wif yer arm strapped to you. How's the pain level? Tis hot and humid here--was hoping it would be cooler than Tex-Ass but not so phar. It does cool down overnight though, which makes it nice early...

    I never liked them--thought they were too garlic-y, but I wonder if because they contained wheat gluten for so long the equipment/production line is still contaminated. I'm sure they "washed them down" and after so many runs are made of the new recipe they will probably be ok, gluten wise. The more sensitive may want to wait a while.....other ingredient...

    Ditto--to me, this is a disease. It's what the doctor wrote on my chart and it's something that I live with every day. It took years to figure out that I had this, and as I write this I'm in the middle of yet another uncomfortable bout of nausea and have been popping Immodium because I had the gaull to travel and gamble on <gasp> eating out at a well...

    Yes, it is. The hour and a half was about what I had for a reaction time when I first went gluten-free. Unless you asked the server at Cracker Barrel to fix your bacon and eggs in a separate pan, you most likely got cross contaminated--not to mention the toast if it was on your plate. Hope you feel better soon
