The 3rd category is "Profile Information"--right under you will find "Show X latest visitors to my profile". Choose the number you wish to see from the dropdown box. Be...
  4. I think it can take a while for levels to get back up to optimal levels. I had bloodwork done just two weeks ago, I've been gluten-free for almost 5 years. Despite taking a multivitamin, calcium w/D, and a vitamin D suppliment (800mg) daily, my vitamin D level was slightly low. My doctor thinks I still may not be absorbing it properly.

  15. I'd be more concerned with the hair gel. That can get all over under your fingernails while you are applying it to your hair. I was being glutened by my hair gel in the beginning and didn't realize it. Be sure to wash your hands very carefully after applying it. If you're sure you're not getting any shampoo in your mouth, then it shouldn't be a problem...

  18. As everyone has stated, vomiting is not necessarily a Celiac symptom. For years, my only symptoms were anemia and nausea. I never vomited, though. Save for a couple bouts of stomach virus and during pregnancy, I have never vomited as a result of my Celiac. I do get nauseated sometimes, though. Some do--it's highly individual
  19. That's it!!! I could nae think of it last night--the wee bum
