  1. Fellow FA here....well my tush isn't really the problem so much as is my midsection . I think it's a combination of menopause and too many gluten-free baked goods. I've been able to lose weight, but more importantly lose inches and tone up (less jigglies), by restricting sugars and flours. I also exercise--Pilates 5 days a week and brisk walking...

  14. Patti never used a treadmill until she was an adult. Her gym classes were decidedly old school....then again, so is she Nik--I don't know what could be causing Tel's heart to be not as strong as they would like ....please let us know when he has the MRI. I did have some cardiac testing a few years ago, but nothing beyond the echo stress test.

  17. Yes, I remember that too. Seems it's quite a common trigger.
  18. Good advice so far--I lost weight before being diagnosed and as soon as I went gluten-free, I put it all back and than some.... I think the reasons include that we absorb our foods better as we heal, and that includes fats. Also, our breads and gluten-free "substitute" baked goods have more calories than the wheat based ones. My doctor said...
  19. I have a very hard time with supplements and have had no problems with this one. A dose is 2 capsules, I take one with breakfast and one with dinner. I use their D3 along with it.
