    HI AGAIN--STILL DOING BETTER BUT EHXHAUSTED...WENT TO CHIRO DR TODAY AT 5:00 AND SHE THOUGHT IT LOOKED BETTER. WENT OVER THE MRI OF THE SHOULDER AND DID A RANGE OF MOTION TEST ON EACH ARM AND OF COURSE THE RIGHT WAS FINE BUT SHE WAS SHOCKED WITH THE NO RANGE IN LEFT...CAN ONLY PUT IT LOWERER AROUND THE BACK AT THE WAIST. SHE EXPLAINED THERE WERE 2 TUMORS...

    thanks patti for the phone support today. dr called today and happy that the color is getting lighter and the fever is staying normal or below. said to expect the extreme fatigue and exhaustions will probably last 2 more weeks. Keep leg elevated and only lower as symptoms start to fade. so looks like it's going to be at least this long to start feeling even...

    Thanks so much for all your kind thoughts and advice and imput. Trents, to worked in a hospital for 15 years as medical librarian and did search for drs who were running into these issues ALL THE TIME. that's why I;m so afraind..if this doesn't get me 'the hidding bugs' with my already shot amuine system will. NA can said the rash was getting higer but...

    'Fiddle-Faddle'-Dessa Steve and Armetta It was so nice to wake up and have notes from you. first nite i slept all through the nite. temp is now 96.9 this is good, i think I'm going back to bed in 7 minutes when i can lay down after taking the 'pill' with food of course so trip to kitchen to get almond milk cause it has to be in refrig... I promise...

    Thanks Steve and Armetta i so appreciate your information. bet you wonder why i'm still up...esp since the leg is to be higher than the heart--- well, figure this one out...how can you accomplish that and not lay down for 1/2 hr after taking the dang pill. ???     sure hope someone can give me some advice. I started getting chills Tues nite and the shakes so bad for 2 hrs. Then get hot and cold. thanks Patti for telling me to take my temp! Had a cough for 2 weeks before so was thinking pnemonia. called dr office Thurs and my dr gone but had another dr's nurse call me back. wanted me on tynolol to get fever down...

    armetta' I don't know about corn as i'm questioning it myself but 2 tips. diet Pepsi--corn or no corn--I can't use any aspertaine (?)sp or any kind of artificial sweetners so could you have a problem with that. think i mentioned that i only drink soda coke or 7-up in stead of the 'real drinks' i used to love....now drink northern cranberry juice and...

    elonwy' turned my hubby and I on to In & Out burgers and we ate there 3 times in the 2 weeks we were there. When you first go to one, get a map the give out and you can find them when ever you are traveling. Have a great time. Order as Elonwy said to do... judy in philly For IN and Out. Order your burger "protien style" do not order with sauce...

    organic doesnt always mean its safe either. What foods can you really trust wont hurt you? Christina HI I used to think bananas cause they were wraped in their own skin. well stared to react and get reflex from them and then they said here, eat then more 'green' and dont' have as much sugar that way. i don't know still trying to figure it out...

    what you said is all true, however; this is what makes traveling for long periods so difficult. We planned Easter dinner around a chain of resturants that had gluten-free items they have on their web sites but when we got to a new one.(of course couldn't be sure what time to call ahead) i was 'refused service' as they didn't want to be 'resposible' of course...
