    Hi Rachel I always felt there was a connection with my teeth too. before hip replacement had 3 root canals done and changed dentists. i am to have cleanings evey 3 months but haven't gone for 7 months as i have to take antibo. and they rip me up and didn't want to add this to gluten-free after finally getting some control of it. where i'm having pain...

    Ah, I'm sorry. Since I've been cleaning our DIRTY basement my eyes are so itchy too think some is this darn up and down weather...and the wet leaves out side. Good to know some of the 'snacks' are good. Trying to stay away from 'treats' as I don't want to gain any of the 35 #'s I've lost...and the old clothes i can get back into. going to start dinner...

    I'm doing ok today also. Isn't Mark great. have you made the cookies from GFpantry or the others? Think they say shortening...crisco seems so unhealthy and havent' used in years...could i use the B F crisco? are do doing much baking. My gluten-free lasganna was to die for taste wise but...it killed me...hate giving up the milk. judy

    wow Nancy, I didn't know any of this No wonder i didn't do well with soy milk or soy ice cream.... I didn't know it was in so much. Don't use soy, use talamari or something like that name I use Trader Joes peanut butter 100% penuts. Also a Acme Crazy Richards p/b is good too, just have to stir it up and put in the refrig... thanks Judy

    Karen I don't know anything about your #'s but I remember some thread on here where someone had IV for anemia and there was alot of info on it. I know you've had a busy day today but try a search with the wording of the IV in medical language and you might be able to find it. I was looking into it for info on my Mom. I'll try tomorrow and if i find anything...

    Thanks so much Debbie I appreciate all you info and ideas. I have already had 25 surgerys over the years for a rare bone disorder and it's the last thing I'd want to do but nice to know there are options... I did take your advice and pulled out my old mask and slept 13 hrs last nite...wow....think it was the nasel mask????? No brainer here. judy...
