  1. I have this odd inkling we would get along great and my safe home and being able to cook could help out lol. >.< I share a building with a automotive machine shop in the other half.
  2. If dairy is giving you issues Kite Hill makes a dairy and gluten free version...there is also Dairy and Gluten free cream cheese extract from Lor Ann Oils that is great for making things taste like creamcheese (a secret ingredient in many of my baked goods) Might want to check this list of UNSAFE ingredients. https://www.celiac.com/celiac-disease/forbidden...
  3. You might have to adjust dosing on it but HERE is the main things that helped Liquid Health Stress & Energy , Liquid Health Nurolgoical Support 1tbsp each 3 times a day Natural Vitality Calm I have to take quite a bit more but you should start with 1/4 tsp 2x a day and work up to the full dose over a week. It is a magnesium citrtae and can cause...
  4. Yeah gluten causes me to completely change mentally or used to, my symtomes now days have evolved and will cause motor control loss and ground me til the worse is over now. I do have after effects of mood swings fora few weeks. Other issues even after healing and gluten-free are extreme, worry pacing, questioning every thing I do, and still too this day find...
  5. Many Celiacs have issues with soy.....I would suggest a unsweetened almond or cashew milk. Soy REALLY messes with my stomach, cramping is just the start, the end.....yeah lets not go there.
  6. Yeah after reviewing that is why I suggested that protein shake, liquid form, easy to digest, all the nutrients you need. The way the shake is made is with sourced pure vitamins and minerals avoiding using actual foods containing them....this is a huge thing with avoiding intolerance in my opinion. I also have a few other options on supplements but seems...
  7. I compiled a list of gluten free food alternatives here, includes sauces, spices, etc that I have used or trust in cooking, some others that are recommended to me highly by the community. https://www.celiac.com/forums/topic/117090-gluten-free-food-alternatives-list/
  8. GERBS allergen friendly foods (ships to canada) has milk and gluten free chocolate chips also free of other crap. Enjoy Life Makes allergen friendly chocolate chips. Melt these in a double boiler and use candy molds, add what ever you wish for fillings, As you mentioned a bit extra coconut oil makes it pour easier. Check with LorAnn Oils for extracts suitable...
  9. Unsure how, unless they accidentally sourced something with gluten by accident (some companies have this happen on a RARE occasion where they bulk order a ingredient with the wrong number IE, Gluten free BBQ base for one with Soy or Malt) Not saying this is the case here just a consideration. Please E-mail the company as to a inquiry and give them the lot...
  10. 1. They still charge too much money. 2. I have a active infections that needs more then just a extraction, 3. Read the reviews......4. for a a bit under $800 I can get the tooth removed the infection removed, and a follow up implant in place from a professional dentist (read the reviews these are students practicing on you at those schools) already quoted...
  11. Unsure, if you have a Nima you can do what I did with the Fish Mox I was using (could not afford the pharmacy one). I opened the capsule mixed it in a disposable vile with some distilled water then put a bit of the paste in the nima to check if it was gluten free. I was on the stuff for 7 month for and infected abscess before I got a Candida overgrowth...
  12. I had a flashback last night of a guy we were trying to help a year or so ago who was from like the Ukraine. He complained about mucus, coughing stuff up, vomiting all his food, even on a gluten free diet, we tried a food elimination diet with him down to bone broth and he said it made it even worse, Posterboy tried helping with the HCL regime with his major...
  13. Hemp is normally highly contaminated. Literally grown in rotation and WITH wheat, it is commonly even hauled in the same trucks. Manitoba, hemp pro, Nutiva hemp is always contaminated...I know I have been checking and like 5 out of the last 8 containers I have tested in the past 2 years have been contaminated (I still buy it by chance when on sale and test...
  14. B Vitamins have to be balanced one of the reasons I suggest a blend like Liquid Health Stress & Energy at half dose 3 times a day in combination with half dose of Nurological Support. Those snack packs had almonds in them....try almond butter much easier to digest, good fats, mix in a bit of coconut oil if you can for some saturated fats I am thinking...
  15. Miracle Noodles makes MRE Noodle dishes you just heat and heat, Julian Bakery Makes grain free low carb protein bars, taste like crap but get you by, MRM Veggie Meal Replacement shake, just mix it in a shaker bottle, low carb so little bloat, odd texture but gets you by. GERBS Allergen Friendly foods for seeds/fruit to snack on. Bags of nuts, almond butter...
  16. First off you should get tested and screened for celiac, other thoughts and issues your reacting to starches and carbs in other foods with pain. THIS makes me think issues might be Ulcerative Colitis, SIBO, or a Candida overgrowth. A normal pizza is much less starchy and more of a heavier gummy protein base, funny enough many use a HIGH GLUTEN flour so slower...
  17. OHH you have been eating gluten this entire time.......this is from the Sargento Website " The Sargento Sweet Balanced Breaks® variety that includes graham crackers contains wheat. All Balanced Breaks varieties are packaged in the same manufacturing plant, so all Balanced Breaks packages include a statement that they’re made in a facility that also pr...
  18. Yep, that is my marker at the 6-24 hours mark after exposure, I get it from a few others foods also, something about right there no clue what. But laying down and massaging it helps, along with if I can power through them crutches and jumping jacks....it feels like something is stuck there. Might be in my head but doing these makes it gurgle and seem to move...
  19. This is Celiac, your body has your antibodies up fighting the gluten in addition to neurological effects on the brain, compounded by malabsorption of b-vitamins, magnesium, etc. will cause this effect. Yeah I had the same thing from Jr. High through college before DIA. PS I had to be gluten free, and on insane amounts of supplements for about 2 years before...
  20. ...Diet wise, celiac, autism, add...feel a odd kin thing going on....anyway odd thought. I noticed really high levels of carbs an sweets in your diet. You mentioned constipation despite magnesium also I want to address these two points. First there is another AI issue Ulcerative Colitis and a few others that react with inflammation to glucose, fructose, carbs...
  21. Cheap version of the enzyme pills lol, would lessen symptoms but I see SOO many other issues with these. First being many of us with this disease have nutrient absorption issues...now imagine having to share with these guys....I feel more anemic just thinking about it. Other thoughts you would still have antibodies come up., and those of us that are effected...
  22. I think I did a little, I felt like I was outside by body controlling myself with strings, really freaky. TOTAL loss of time but I know at some point I ended up in the bathroom....Toilet was full of dark red blood and black liver bile, I know I took pictures of it, texted out a will to a friend and spent who knows how long in that bathroom.....that was a...
  23. I bring my own food often via a meal prep jaxx pack I got on amazon carries 2-3 meals in and snacks so I can head out for the day with safe food. I also keep julian bakery protein bars in various places (not best tasting but sugar free, keto approved, gluten free, and I get wholesale) And when I eat foods that SHOULD be safe but unsure, I got a Nima Sensor...
  24. Yeah, actually, they enzyme to break down dairy is produced by the tips of the villi which are damaged or destroyed first by celiac. Many have to remove dairy for a few years of healing then they can try again later. When you first start the diet we suggest whole foods only, no oats or dairy. I use 2-3x the dose of super papaya enzymes, some jarrow, and...
  25. 0/ Yeah I have been lactose intolerant for over 10 years, celiac was dia. over 3 years ago, and I got Ulcerative Colitis Dia. this feb, well in my case the flare ups are caused by fructose, glucose and some carbs. So yeah stuff can happen, I live a paleo/keto diet finally putting on weight again and healing. BTW lactose intolerance and celiac go hand...
