  1. I think all nuts have some mold, but almonds are one of the lower ones I guess. Me too. Love that new spring kitty, lol.
  2. Maybe we're only half abnormal!
  3. The only nuts which tested okay for me were walnuts, but truly I think all nuts are not so good recently. But I just need something else besides beef, turkey and veggies, and nuts have a lot of the good fats. I WAS cheating with almond butter, and told Anna that and she said it wasn't such a bad cheat. My body may not like it, but at least it doesn...
  4. Mia, we'll be patient just a little longer then, lol, but still anxious to hear. I ended up going home early yesterday and was really glad I did. Towards afternoon I was so tired I wouldn't have been able to function at work. My bowels were so noisy that I'm sure they could hear them in the next office, lol. I was even able to take a nap for about...
  5. Yep, I may be done with it. I haven't been watching the results shows anyway. I may not watch again until the final show, lol. I am kind of shocked that Gina went home though.
  6. Yep, I thought of purple hammer as well, lol. I've always suspected I was abnormal.
  7. Just adding my encouragement. I had a combo endo/colonoscopy done last year. The doctor took biopsies of my esophagus, stomach and intestines and even removed a polyp from my stomach. I felt no pain afterwards at all...I had a slight sore throat and that was it.
  8. Me too, lol. Got my email from Scott last night so I'm ready to go. I'm glad too because I think one of the supplements is causing the D and so stopping them all for a couple of days will tell me for sure.
  9. Grrr, lol, I forgot my lunch at home. All I have here is tuna and I don't think I can last all day without eating, so tuna is it. I HAVE been considering going home early. The D is bad again today, so I might just go home early. I have a dental appointment today (finally for cleaning, lol), but I'd really just like to be home on my couch, lol. ...
  10. I don't know, I thought Sanjaya looked a bit like Prince gone wrong. I think I know why Simon said that to Haley, but it was still odd. I think he said that to say something nice because he didn't have anything else to say. I also thought Melinda looked a little less surprised at the compliments...I hope that trend continues, lol. Performance...
  11. Brrrrr is right!!! We're having a little heat wave here...not hot enough for Rachel, but just about perfect for me, lol. Well, I'm not having fun today girls/guy. First, got hardly any sleep last night...don't know what was up with that, but I just wasn't sleepy (really tired, just not sleepy). Even after taking 3 melatonin and 2 myocalms. ...
  12. I eat out at just about the same frequency as I did before going gluten free. Before going gluten-free I ate out every Saturday and in addition to that maybe once per month with friends, or a bit more around holiday times. So now, I still eat out every Saturday morning with my mother and aunt, but WHERE we eat has changed a bit. The once a month...
  13. This is so totally opposite of me, lol. Apparently I don't have a problem with sulfur, and my nails are so incredibly weak. I have ugly ridges that go up and down the nail and they split and peel like crazy. Maybe I'm not as mercury toxic as I think. It must be the combination of the cilantro and chlorella...or maybe even just the cilantro...
  14. Yeah, I don't care too much HOW it works, just THAT it works...even if it's only by power of suggestion.
  15. He had me do it once while standing, but mostly he tests while I'm laying down. I've never had to chew an aspirin though.
  16. Back to the muscle testing... The chiropractor at HN does something like this...I know it's a completely different thing, but in some ways similar. While laying on my back he'll have me put my arm up, then while pressing on various spots in my neck and shoulders he'll try to push my arm down. There are a few spots that he hits where I can not keep my...
  17. I know, creepy, huh? I'm doing well...sort of bad D this week (since Saturday morning), so not sure what's up with that. Can't think of anything different (didn't take anything new in the last few days until Saturday afternoon) so it could be that all the supplements and such are just beginning to work at detoxing. How are you? Is everything healing...
  18. Egads, lol!! That's horrid! My sister once had a spider in her ear...I slept with earplugs in for a long time after I heard that...may have to use them again (although I don't have roaches here, but spiders, yes). I've been wondering about Eragon...is it good? Sheesh, Anna made it sound like two pills was a LOT, lol...maybe for me I guess...
  19. Ha, I wouldn't be so worried about wearing one except that I'm so cold all the time. Ya'll know what I'm talking about there. That's the spirit. Wish I weren't so likable. Sounds like something I'd do...thanks for the info...I think I may try it later. Yay!!! Hi Evie, glad things are looking...
  20. Hello and welcome! It certainly could be and you're wise to get the testing done before you go gluten-free!
  21. Yes, thrush is considered candida. I don't know if I have that but I have a white spot on my tongue I've had for years...every doctor that sees it gets excited, but the prescription anti-fungals didn't make it go away...I only took them for 3 months though, so may not have been long enough. Yes the natural treatment is to starve the little fungi/yeast...
  22. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!
  23. Yeah, half of it is not wanting to get stung, and the rest is not wanting to breathe the stuff. OH ROACHES, don't get me started, lol. I lived in Hawaii for 6 years. One day I came home and there was a GINORMOUS cochroach (literally not much smaller than a VW) crawling on the floor. I quickly grabbed my can of bug spray and sprayed the heck...
  24. Well a few months ago I would have said I was getting benefit from them, but I've changed my mind in the last few months. I think what I'm doing with Anna and the HN doctors are helping more with my situation than anything else. First there was the gluten and dairy thing, then in the last few months we've found and fixed the H.Pylori, we're working on...
  25. There are several Whole Food Markets in and around San Jose/Los Gatos, etc. which carry gluten-free stuff as well as their own line of Gluten-Free Bakery items. Also Trader Joe's. Beehive is a healthfood store near Oakridge mall and they carry Kninnicknick stuff and other gluten-free stuff. As far as restaurants, I don't eat out at restaurants...
