  1. I've gone to Miami twice this year but I need to go before the year ends.

  2. Just a suggestion. I know pregnant women use cocoa butter lotion for stretch marks... I'm not sure if it'll help but it's worth a try!
  3. Hello, It's very nice of you to be worried about your friend. However, I really think your friend should see a gastrointerologist. I know you said she saw a doctor so I don't know if that was a specialist but if she's worried about Celiac she should start off with a celiac panel (blood tests). I'm sure others will post about the specific blood tests required...
  4. I felt horrible when I did the detox baths now I feel better.

  5. Hi Hank. I'm not officially diagnosed but I too decided to go gluten free because I have too many symptoms. I had a gallbladder attack 1 year ago too (strange bc I'm thin and young) and now started having bladder problems amongst other problems (gastrointestinal) and I developed night sweats which I've now connected to when I eat gluten. I'm 26 by the way...
  6. Yes the only processed food I'm eating is peanut butter. I eat it with red apples. I know it's probably not 100% necessary but I'm just going to eat whole foods for 6 months. I have a lot of issues and this epstein barr virus so I know my immune system is low soo I need to eat really healthy. I had an egg yesterday and it seemed to agree with me. But I'll...
  7. Zero sugars. Zero processed fooc. (with the exception of organic peanut butter.... only bc I need the calories to gain weight).

  8. Ready to feel like crap again tomorrow. /: I just want to rid my body of this virus! !!!!!!

  9. I responded before I say your post Gemini, thanks! I will definitely try the whole foods brand! Are the ones you buy organic? Just curious bc I'm trying to cut down on added chemicals while I'm healing.
  10. Thanks you guys. Does anyone have any good ideas as to how to "test" if something is the source of CC? Also any brands of beans that you know are certified gluten-free? I need to get some nutrition somehow since I desperately need to gain weight aaand I'm sick. I'm currently just eating whole foods with the exception of organic gluten-free peanut butter....
  11. Going back to bed. Lol I hope I can fall asleep. (: Life is beautiful. I will get past all of this. ♡

  12. So I bought some dry organic lentils in Whole Foods and tonight I've had to get up to go to the bathroom (to pee) 5 times! When normally I only wake up once to go. Also, my bm's have been very loose and (sry tmi) muddy like and I'm also very nauseous. And I woke up sweating (usually that's a sign that I get when I'm glutened) Could this be from cross contamination...
  13. Both my mom and my gramps were told would die yet they both survived by of these baths. My gramps was even able to walk after getting polio!

  14. With some honeydew melon and a banana in between. Hopefully tomorrow I'll feel better.

  15. Sorry to intrude, just wanted to tell you not to worry about the endoscopy/biopsy. I had one last year and I was also worried but it was easy peasy. It takes about 10 minutes and you're sedated. Then you're sent home! I understand your fears but think about now many endoscopies are performed everyday! Most older people have had them at least once and it's...
  16. I can barely stand the heat and I've only been here for about 5 minutes, yet I'm not sweating yet. Grrrrrr I'm not one to sweat very easily.

  17. Just made my juice. Then I'm going to eat and I'm going to work.

  18. This is even supposed to work for parasites! So I'll cover everything with these detox baths!

  19. Started my friction bath today. (: Here's to eliminating toxins!!!

  20. I don't want to have this in the winter since this makes me more susceptible to the flu.

  21. You shouldn't go off gluten until all your tests are done. That's your biggest bet on having them be as accurate as possible.
  22. Damage from gluten won't go away in a week or two it can take months or even years depending on your damage. You could also have other food intolerances. How long have you been gluten free?
  23. To answer your question celiac is known to cause fatty stools. Sometimes celiac causes other problems too. Not everyone is the same. Make sure you get the full Celiac panel done!
  24. No problem. Like I said Epstein Barr is verrrrryyy common and causes a lot of the symptoms you're experiencing. Hope you get answers soon!
  25. Make you never want to leave, so don't, so don't.
