    no I never forget it, there are so many things I can't eat besides gluten. I'd kill for a sub or real pizza and everytime I think this is for life I get very sad, it scares me to think about getting very old, not able to cook or drive to the store for organic foods..what will I do? starve, its not like I can nuke just anything or call and order in!

    thank you, i hardly ever bake with butter, i use applesause instead..cuts the fat and saves my ulcer

    its only about 15 mins from me theres also an Italian resturant in the area that has a gluten-free menu, haven't been there yet and can't remember the name going to try and find it now if your ever in the Franklin area, Pepper Terrace Thai food has gluten-free food too, they don't have a separate menu, the owner and chef, nicki, will tell you what...

    my hubby had it, had to sleep with that terrible mask, he ended up having the surgery, said besides loosing weight its the best thing he ever did, feels like a new man, not tired all day. good luck

    yes, they have a gluten-free menu, you just need to ask for it..I always get the same thing, its grilled chicken strips with grilled onions and peppers, comes out sizzling..on another dish is homemade guacamole, beans, homemade mexican rice,sour cream, lettuce, tomatos.then in a small covered dish are 4 corn burritos I can only eat about half, i bring...

    Hi..I bought a bottle of very good balsamic and don't really know what to do with it, does anyone have any recipes they would like to share? I don't eat red meat, just chicken and fish thanks very much

    thanks, I just bought one of those ceramic vertical roasting pans you put in the oven, your suppose to fill the middle with liquid and seasoning..not sure what do use lol

    Rancho Chico is fantastic, they have a gluten-free menu, the food is homemade, fresh and Hugh portions, I get 3 meals from the one I order lol we've been here 4 times and I have never gotten sick!!
