    You should go to Mountain Mikes in Clairemont. They have great gluten-free pizza. I have also had luck at Cilantros Live (if you like raw vegan food). They a few locations throughout the county.

    What airline are you flying? See if they have a raw vegetarian meal (raw fruits and veggies). Bring your own energy bars, nuts, instant soup, etc. etc. etc.

    That's true. The difficulty of this type of thing is mostly emotional and psychological, but it gets a lot easier, you'll get used to it and soon it won't be that big of a deal

    I don't think any restaurant will let you bring food in if you ask. The best thing is to sneak some stuff in (energy bars in your purse for example) and not make it obvious to the restaurant staff. You can probably get steamed veggies and plain chicken from the restaurant, but if you don't want that, just stick to water and the secret stuff you have in...

    In terms of sweets, you just have to slightly change the way you bake, but you can still make pretty much all the same things. I'm gluten-free/df/sf and I eat cookies, cake, muffins, chocolate etc. etc. etc. There are tons of df chocolate options out there.

Or, you could be like me and put on even more make-up for special occasions (such as going to the gym or to Target - just kidding - sort of - the gym is a great place to test the staying power of different...

    I haven't tried it as a base yet. I use the Eve brush, which provides very light coverage, and dust it over my entire face after foundation (and concealer and finishing powder). It doesn't look pink, but just adds a little brightness, and when I do this a feel I can go without any bronzer. I have really pale dull skin though so I don't know if this...

    So what are everybody's favorite color creations? I've been mixing emerald with favorite hoodie to make a really pretty smokey olive eyeliner. I also like natural lip gloss combined with photo album. . So true! A lot of colors I don't like at first end up being my favorites after I've played around with them a bit. Welcome...

    Do you have the everyday eyeliner brush? That one makes it really easy. The trick is to tap the brush really well to get rid of the excess, or you'll end up with little specks on your cheeks (apparantly the fan brush takes care of that though )

    Aahhh...I thought I had my mini eyeshadow kit all worked out...but... they have new colors today! (or at least ones I hadn't noticed before). I see Samba Lessons and Smokey Pink. Were those there before? I think I want them I feel that way about Soft Touch. It was the first one I tried and I didn't think I liked it, but now I end up wearing...

    I think a lot of us have the mini eyeshadow kit and the mini personal kit just sitting in our carts....waiting for the next special (which better be good, after all this lol) Thanks for the brush reviews Donna. Now I need to find a way to fit Comfy into my order I just have to say I love love pick me up pink concealer. I don't know...

    As much as I hate to post anything non-EM , I think you would like this place, Joni: Open Original Shared Link You can buy single ingredients and pigments and they give you basic recipes so you can create our own shades. It sounds kind of complicated, but fun

    Hey EM Bunch I signed on to so many new posts here this morning. How fun. omgosh I know! I have six blushes in my cart right now, because I can't decide I'm wearing nick nack today though, and I quite like it I can't believe they wouldn't give you the freebies Julie Oh well, I'm sure the next special will be fabulous too...

    The colors look really nice. I'm liking semi-matte too. It's smoother than intensive, but I also like intensive (and matte - haven't tried original glo yet). I think the eyeshadows go on really smoothly. I'm using a brush by Pur Minerals, which works perfectly. It has really soft, short bristles. I've never been a big eyeshadow person...
