  6. I think it's reasonable to assume that how quickly we heal from celiac disease is going to depend on things like age, general health and how long we were sick before being diagnosed. If you're 18 and got diagnosed quickly, you're much more likely to heal quickly than someone who is 50 and was sick for 15 years before being diagnosed. I don't trust doctors...
