It is illogical not to disclose a positive celiac disease finding to your doctor, particularly if you're 60 years old. Human beings generally begin failing in one form or another from 60 onward and you might find yourself as an in-patient in a hospital or at an emergency room. Umm...meh. Under the "Tips for a Safe...", #6 should be #1. If a cruiseline bombs out on the research, 2-6 become irrelevant. A year later, I can say (1) I've sailed around in the BVIs now twice since my original posting on this subject and found several restaurants that were safe for me. I was happy to see most of the larger restaurants had at least someone who could answer questions if no mention was made in the menus. And (2) I was sad to see that none of the bars or restaurants... -

I don't see Electrolit on your list, though I have not seen any gluten ingredients on it and they label it as gluten-free. Is there a reason apart from it might've been overlooked?
