I was planning on being out alot this weekend and just wanted to check on the wendys web site to make sure my old faithful Chili was good to go.. when I did look at there gluten free options they have added their BLT Salad.. their Mandrian Orange Salad and the grilled chicken without the bun. Are these things safe? Has anyone tried them. i thought their chicken...

with sausage you could make sausage swirls with a bisquit recipe..I have a good one but Im at work right now its easy to make. You can also use the same bisquit recipe for pig n a blankets, I know hilshire farms coctail winers are gluten free. I use Tennessee Pride sausage. I am not sure of another brand. You could make potato skins. I usually take some chicken... -

The gluten free waffles really arent too high they actually have them at our local walmart, just the plain kind but they are only $1.84 I highly reccomend the Vans waffles they are about the most inexpensive gluten-free item Iv found -

I know Bio Nature as well.. I highly reccomend it we serve it to non celiacs and they never even now the difference! I get it at wild oats make sure it says gluten free they also make wheat pasta -
I would pack lots of nuts, rasins, peanutbutter, rice cakes, LARA bars, some apples, lunch meat in the cooler, maybe some packets of grits to stop and add water to on the road for breakfast. Some sort of candy, chocolate..

I came in from playin tennis last night and my mom had made these cookies and wow!! they were fabulous!! adding the soda really makes them look like normal cookies I have made the 3 ingrident ones before but these were to die for!! I have eaten like half of them by myself... there are healthy kind of good protein, and energy! -

I personally love the pacific tomato soup in the original or the roasted red pepper i do believe is the other.. the soup comes in like a carton type thing and you refrigrate the rest. You can get it at kroger and wild oats that I know of. For Bread I love the gluten free pantry favorite sandwhich bread mix its great I have made some fabulous grilled cheeses... -

I always eat planters, the only allergy statement on them is that they are produced in a faculty with peanuts is this brand of nuts not ok? -

This type of diet makes a lot of since to me, I understand we do not need the grains and milk products do not seem like they should be digested by people.. Lots of people have trouble with both. I seem to be fine eating corn, potato and rice products. I am also trying to maintain my weight and without these added startches I do not see how that would be possible... -

I would suggest adding some snacks in between meals to ensure you are getting enough calories.. if you can tolerate nuts and nut butters those have helped me maintain. Another good snack choice is a fruit smoothie, made with fresh fruit, yogurt, icecream whatever you like. adding more calories will help you. also try eating something before bed, a bowl of... -

I just ate the organic swansons chicken broth and me and my mom neither one thought of the organic being any different from the regular.. WELL it is.. it contains WHEAT I wanted to warn anyone who might run across this product, I am glutened big time, terrible burping already and its just been a few minutes. Thank you all for the suggestions the surgery went well, and they are recovering pretty good I was able to eat a milk shake a few hours after with no problem and lost no weight I was able to eat scramble eggs and applesauce the next few mornings I am relieved to be done with it!

Does anyone know of any good gluten free resturants or resources in destin? I know they have a Bone Fish but other than that I am not sure?

I am assuming the vingear I used should be ok by the link posted above, the bottle just had no list of ingridents, or any clue of if whether it was gluten free or not. I am thinking this product should be ok, I just dont wanna get glutened! I had my wisdom teeth out yesterday and am on the way to recovery and dont want to make myself miserable. -

We just made a loaf of bread and it called for vinegar.. I used white distilled vinegar from great value brand wal-mart it has no igridents listed.. they havce started labling gluten free on some products has anyone used this?? I really dont want to have to waste a whole loaf of bread.
