  1. The crying was fake...that is ridiculous. I am not a Sanjaya fan but John is so we have battles in my house over him. I too was mad to see Chris on bottom. There were quite a few people that need to be there before him. He even had a good response from the judges Tuesday night. I sometimes think it is fixed.
  2. There is no gluten, they just cause similar symptoms.
  3. I am so sorry to hear about your dad. Take a few moments to remember some of your fondest memories of him. It will help you feel a little better. Don't hesitate to talk to anyone, talking about what you are feeling is the advice I was given when my best friend was killed. It did help. My prayers go out to you and your family during this difficult time.
  4. Lisa- I picked up some good ole Bubble Yum classic. So we have been blowing huge bubbles and popping them at work...Bubble Yum at least doesn't have us running for the bathroom
  5. I actually know a man who lost his leg about 10 years ago, and he does not get around that well. He has told me he can ice skate a bit, and now he is trying to roller blade so he can do it with his children. I can tell you he does have a hard time and I have seen his fall off when he was walking. He can step on my toes and not know it because he cannot feel...
  6. I almost couldn't believe when I saw Chris R, down at the bottom. Even though Sanjaya did well last night, I too had a hard time seeing him as a bad guy! He is too soft spoken.
  7. Coke is gluten free, I drink it all the time and have no problems. I am also not a coffee drinker so I need my coke in the morning. I love coke in the glass bottles....just too expensive.
  8. The pretzels are great!!! They taste like the real thing. I am also hooked.
  9. I don't think I have ever even seen these. I am hoping someone here has had them. They sound like they might be tasty.
  10. There are alot of board members here who have found their pets health has been better by giving them gluten free pet food. this pet food thing has been going on for a few days now.
  11. I love Petula Clark!
  12. I just sent you the link in a pm. Enjoy! John is excited, it doesn't happen often.
  13. It makes me wonder now, we have had Lucky for almost a year and we used to feed him Iam's wet pouches in the beginning. Wasn't long after that, he was having bloody stools and such. Well, our options were exploratory surgery or diet change. We changed his diet, and we now use fancy feast. He hasn't had any problems since. The only problem we have now is how...
  14. I am thinking Phil or Stephanie. She did not do good either. Off topic..John and I are looking at a house in Cornwall!
  15. I know the little girl crying really bugged me Blake out of this world!!! Melinda was good. Haley, what a change....and Sanjaya, wow it was like a different person all together. Gina really rocked out at Paint it Black. Now, I did not like Lakisha this week... John liked Chris Richardson too. Last week it was Sanjaya, Phil Stacey, and Brandon...
  16. Very neat pics!
  17. I honestly did that recently too with a box of cereal, and it was a few days and I had been feeling different. Sure enough when I checked the box it contained wheat. How did I miss that in the store. I looked at the box twice...I am blaming it on reading fast
  18. I would imagine, children can suffer from mental/behavioral problems just as we do. Adults have brain fogs, and I know I get very moody, cranky, teary when glutened. Children probably have the same reaction but since they do not understand what is happening or how to control themselves they act out. I hope you get your results soon and your kids can start...
  19. I am rooting for Heather Mills, I am glad she did so well.
  20. This is also the first year we are watching this show. Does anyone else watch it? It seems fun.
  21. I can only get them at the Gluten Free store in Dillsburg, I never have seen them anywhere else either. I do use Nut Thins as well, they are good with cheese. I haven't tried them with a spread yet though.
  22. I bought these a month ago and I was impressed! I actually just ate a few just a couple of minutes ago, I put some of the Laughing Cow spread on...yum!
  23. My cat eats Iam's dry food which is not listed and for wet food he will only eat Fancy Feast grilled chicken and gravy. He is very picky. We tried everything else and he just walks away. He doesn't even like treats...we finally found one he will eat on occasion, which is for hairballs and since he is a long hair that is good.
  24. I've had them with no problems.
  25. My CBC and ESR(sed rate) were normal and I was found to have celiac. My RBC is still good, I had a CBC drawn a few weeks ago when I worked in the lab because I had been feeling rundown.
