    Thanks guys, I really did not think it was a gluten thing, my gluten reactions are actually different than what happened the other day, I actually don't drink diet drinks or crystal light. I am an iced tea person, and when it is soda it is either Coke or 7-up. It wasn't that I choose a sugar free gum for that reason, the flavor looked good so I picked...

    My goodness, it doesn't sound like they are very accomodating in that store. I have to admit that was the one thing that I didn't like at Whole foods, everything was scattered. I enjoyed the bakehouse though, as for the rest of the store, I had a hard time finding things gluten free.

    John and I are not big Melinda fans, I think it is partially because she gets too much credit sometimes. I think that Lakisha has just as much talent but they seem to fall over Melinda, like when Paula was crying the oter night after she sang...I didn't get that. That is just our opinions though.

    Rachel- It started out at 58 or so this morning now we are down to 42...and it is getting windy and rainy...chilly. Last night I slept with our bedroom window open, it was 57 overnight. It was so nice. We turned down the thermostat an awful lot as well. Looks like we will be coming home to a very cold house.

    Hi Jerry, I can agree, most bread is not suitable for eating. I get the Grainless Baker sandwich bread...rarely. It is good, but I just seem to not want a sandwich that bad anymore. I have been making wraps with the Mission Corn Wraps in sandwiches place. They seem to be working pretty good for now. Hope your next shopping trip is better.

    Michelle- I totally agree. John and I have been working seperate jobs for over a year now. We have both left the lab. We both like our new jobs and we have developed different approaches and ways of thinking in the process. I cannot see us working together and it working out as well now. I feel the same way you do, I could not work on a renovation project...
