Hello Tyler Corn has a similar genetic makeup as gluten. Make sure you are not eating corn. That is, corn in any form. This website is a life saver. glutenfreesociety.org Dr.Osborne is amazing! What is dusted on cheese and many packaged food is cornstarch. Corn has the same genetic makeup as gluten. Most celiac and gluten sensitive people will react to the corn.
