Your experience is exactly the same as mine. I could have dictated the story and the whole list of symptoms up to More Info. I am also sensitive to dark chocolate. I went gluten-free on my own and was tested a few weeks after going gluten-free and my results were negative. I ate a couple of slices of bread the night before seeing the GI and getting tested...
