  1. Our phone rang at about 8:00 this morning. Of course no one was there that time of morning. You know one of those calls that just make you angry when they say nothing. So I hit *69 to see who would be so rude. The call back number I got was 999-999-9999. Now I did not hit redial because I was only half awake and besides that it just kind of hit me funny....

  4. Here again, after talking to my wife she said there is also IMO. I am not real knowledgeable on this one but it is some thing you could check out or maybe some one else knows some thing about this one. I know though that is is in most if not all of the stores. So no running to the health food store or health food isle. Ok Good luck again.

  6. I know there is or was a support group in Vancouver and in Portland. But has any one heard of one in the Longview / Kelso area? Or am I the only Celiac living here. We have been to the one in Vancouver once but it is just to far to go for that short time to visit. Thank you

  8. Yes that seems to be my problem they are thin, they aren't holding their shape and spreading out too much. But will try adding more of my flour to see if that makes a difference. Some times I really hate being a Celiac............ GER.......... :( Thank you
  9. I have been trying make some of these but of course they are not turning out. I have been using a recipe out of my Betty Crocker cookbook. I changed out regular flour with Bob's Red Mill Gluten free all purpose baking flour, then added 2 tsp. Xanthan gum. Now my real problem is that they are not rising.
