  1. I also have been fighting with this. To be or not to be. I think life would be so much easier if I could eat oats. But I react so much to things when I get stuff I should not have. I have just been to scared to try them. But it is oh so tempting.......... Grump
  2. AndreaB, Do you folks ever shop at the Gluten free store in Vancouver? Here is some information on it if you are not familiar with it. Lingonberries Market, 6300 ne 117th ave., Suite B-5. They are open M-S 9-7 & Sun. 12-6. If you have not shopped there they are a great place to go.

  4. Some one smack me. Silly me went and bought a air conditioner on Sunday. My Sun-in-law and I spent about 4 hours putting it in yesterday. Now there is ice crystals all over the house.   5. Thank you all for the information and help. The Carbuncle is getting better by the day. Though nasty as it is. I am having to keep a bandage on it at all times because of the draining.   6. Ok I look on here and found on mention about CARBUNCLE. I have one of these right now. So I am now wondering if this is some thing that is directly related to Celiac Sprue?   7. I have made their Bread sticks. They were pretty good, I put Parmesan cheese in the mix. They were really good with the spaghetti. Next time I will try them with herbs also.

  16. Part of the problem as I see it is that there seems to be so many list out there that say different things are safe or not safe. You look at one and it will say Buck wheat is safe or Oats are safe. But then you look at another list and they are not safe. Which list are we suppose to rely on?   18. We had some shampoo and conditioner that we did not realize had wheat in it. Untill my scalp started getting sores on it.
