    For the stress, have you tried taking a hot bath to wind down at the end of the day? Lavender oil is suppose to be calming, soothing. You can add a few drops in the bath water or look for bath soaks with lavender in them.

    Thanks Carla and kbtoyssni, great tips! I thought I started off with like 1,3, and 5 lbs for upper body doing like one set of however many reps, and then went up weight for the second rep. But since that was a while ago, maybe that is old school I'll look into those books and other sources.
