  1. Hi Lisa, This is a really good analogy, thanks for posting! I had always heard the bucket analogy but I like this one better Yes, Jin, stay away from the Lays Stax!!! And the Cool Whip!!! And those condiments!!! Just until you heal and get well on your way to recovery Hi Charlie, good to see you popping in. Hope...
  2. OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!! This has me laughing hysterically Using Constable is a smashing idea. That is what we are lacking in the US...and Mounties.....and Beefeaters Well Grey's is on....I'm not even excited about it anymore. But I'll keep watching it....like a loser.
  3. You can use Nyxie's slogan: "I can't brain today, I have the dumb" Just a suggestion, write down all of your questions and keep adding them as you think of more. Then you won't forget them for next time. Is there anyway you can call the front desk and let them know you have questions before you are able to make your decisions? That is...
  4. Carla, welcome back Excellent update, for you and Chloe both!!! I am beyond words, just so happy for all the progress you have made.
  5. Gosh, I can't say enough about charcoal, sorry you had problems with it truthsearcher. I have never taken it before, only when everyone started talking about it as a good toxic binder. I have a huge issue with "c" too, but no problems so far in that department for me on the charcoal, which is surprising since so many things bind me up (psyllium...
  6. Good work Colleen, but geesh, can't they give us girls a break Back to the waiting game......
  7. Wow what an appt April! I have actually heard it pronounced this way by different Drs/practitioners, cand-di-da (rather than can-dee-da) so it comes out "Canada" That does seem expensive for testing, yikes.
  8. I have an aversion to public bathrooms. I hate them so. I would rather wee outside in the bushes than step foot in one. Interestingly enough I also have an aversion to Regis Philbin.....I hope he isn't Peter Well you know, only the wittiest of the witty will get it and some just weren't blessed with...
  9. Well I just figured it would put an end to the worrying and the wondering, going straight to the source Hope they get back to you with some juicy info
  10. Thanks Donna for the info What the heck kind of word is concomitantly?? Why don't they just say "along with" or better yet alone by itself. Interestingly, my apple pectin tablet bottle has a warning on it to take 2 hours away from medications/supplements while the apple pectin powder bottle did not. AND it says to take it with meals. My...
  11. Has anyone thought about emailing EM and asking them about the next special?? When I emailed them about the free brushes they got back to me quickly. Just a thought.
  12. Lisa, yikes! That must have been a rude awakening for you. In all the years I have had acupuncture I have never had any needles going in the nether regions And I hope I never do any time soon! If you look at an acupuncture chart, there are points all over the body, hundreds of them, each in the categories of the lung, large intestine, stomach...
  13. I am so not up on all the technological gadgets out there, I don't even know what a wii is But glad your hubby kids are enjoying it I got the cutest little snow boots. I love them I don't need a lot to be happy Now I can trek around with Yeti, if need be. Good work alex! Amanda, you are already...
  14. Hmmm, a development....... They are toying with our emotions!
  15. Somehow I think the Yeti and anal gland humor will be lost on some people. I know Christmas is soooo last year, but did anyone get anything exciting that they have been enjoying using/playing with?
  16. There's a plan. Have you seen that movie, oh I forget the name, Jennifer Love Hewitt and Sigourney Weaver are mother daughter and they team up to take old rich men for their money. Kinda like that, only a Susie/Dingo team. You will probably need the chicken cutlets How's Stinker doing today?
  17. I'm going to check this out, thanks for posting. I would like to use my crockpot more, especially in the winter months, but I always forget about it. Thanks for the reminder!
  18. This looks good, I'm going to try it. Thanks for posting!
  19. Hmmm, the spelling of biotch/beeoch is up for debate. I have only seen it as "Bi-otch" so that is what I went with I was just thinking that pigeonholing Yeti as a symbol of winter and snow getaways might be slightly prejudicial, and frankly type casting. For we know Yeti parties all year long.
  20. How did I miss this? Our Carla is 2 years old!!! Happy belated anniversary of joining the forum
  21. How heartbreaking and tragic, I am so sorry for your loss.
  22. Congrats Patti! you are the posting Queen!!! You're welcome I was flipping through channels yesterday and I saw a little segment on some news program/talk show. This life coach has written a book about "living outrageously", making changes, doing something bold in our lives. I have always liked that quote, "do the thing you...
  23. TORTURE! Oh ladies, I am so sorry about the special I was up really late last night and I kept checking I guess we just assumed there would be a new one posted once the other one had expired. I wonder if it has to do with clearing out the overstock of tinsel time and gingerbread man, and who knows how much of it they have left? Hmmm...
