If you don't use Andrea's cashew cheese and you go ahead with the cf cheese you bought I would try grating it into some rice milk, or other cf milk substitute, and heating it up until it melts together to make it saucy. I haven't made homemade mac n cheese in a long time but I think typically the cheesy sauce is a bechemel sauce with butter, flour, milk...

Yes, yes, yes April I am interested in this info!!!! I have been researching the last 3 or 4 years, and more recently trying to find if there was a connection to lyme, a connection to anything, but haven't had much luck. And the people I have been dealing with... as Rachel would say, MORONS Nobody knows what is happening with me! Do... -

Kass, Good luck with your new diet approach. I hope it works for you! We seem to all have varied diets, what works for one doesn't always work for the other. I could never eat the whey smoothies and fudge everyday, but I can eat carrots by the bag full, or sweet potatoes, and they would give Rachel so many problems It's funny how we are... -

I got my Humaworm without psyllium and cascara sagrada, I am allergic to psyllium and it binds me up and I'm not a fan of cascara sagrada, but I am thinking I need to be on some sort of "laxative" while I take it. I'm wondering if I drank senna leaf tea every other day if that would be effective enough...anyone have any thoughts on this?? Rachel, what... -

Yes, trust me, you will be glad you went with a lighter blush...I wish I had I also was thinking it would be nice in the sample kits if we had a choice of two blushes, not that I am complaining because it is so awesome to be able to get free samples in order to get the right colors. Mango, you are addicted Do let us know how your blushes... -

I FINALLY got my samples! I haven't tried them out yet because I need to get my BE brushes all cleaned up, but let me just say I could not have been more wrong about my blush choice It's ORANGE!!!!! DARK ORANGE...... I don't think the color swatches on the website are a true representation of the colors. I chose what I did because everything... -

Kristina, Lymenet (I think that's where I found it) has support group info, or info specific to the different areas in the U.S. and Canada. I was able to get in contact with the head of my local lyme group and was given referrals to the LLMDs near me. You might want to look into that as a possibility. -

Yes, Paula Deen's Baked Spagetti, YUM! Open Original Shared Link I successfully made this gluten-free with tinkayada pasta (I used fettucini) and instead of making the sauce I used what I had on hand, Amy's Family Marinara (I used 1 1/2-2 jars). Instead of the cow's milk cheese you can use your goat cheese. -

Good Andrea, you are on top of it as usual! Jin, this has been a while, maybe 5 years ago or so, but I tried to eat Cool Whip at Thanksgiving and it made me sick as a dog. There are so many chemicals in that stuff, things you can't even pronounce in the ingredient list, chances are it was one or all of those that made you so sick. -

Happy Birthday Jin!!!!!!!!! I hope you have a special day Kass, I can eat chicken, turkey, and beef, carrots, lettuce, steamed veggies (like asparagus, zucchini, broccoli), red skinned potatoes, rice, winter squash. I makes sure to eat a protein portion with a starch and a veggie at every meal. This was my experience with the... -

Oh Birdy, I am sorry Is that Eos thing similar to the Eos disorder where you are sensitive to foods, or something like that? I'm glad you had a good appt today Rachel, the parasite sure makes sense of a lot of things. BUT, of all the parasites to have you have to have THE GIANT AMONG THE HUMAN PARASITES????????? -
You can smudge with sage. Smudge your home, office, wherever you want to drive out negative/bad spirits, energy, feelings, or influences. Look into "sage smudging" or "smudging with sage" Good luck

Ok so I found my Schisandra compound, out of curiosity to compare, these are the traditional Chinese herbs in mine: Fructus Schisandrae Radix Bupluri Radix Salviae Radix Paeoniae Radix Glycyrrhizae Radix Angelicae I don't know what these translate to, but this compound was given to me for liver support. I get what you are... -

I thought this was interesting from the link I posted: "There is no reference to Lyme disease in the Chinese literature and there may be none for some time, as most of China's forests have been eliminated. There are other spirochetal infections that have been addressed by Chinese physicians and by Chinese researchers conducting clinical trials or laboratory... -
ARCHIVED Spelt?
Green12 replied to Nyxie63's topic in Gluten-Free Foods, Products, Shopping & Medications
It's a little alarming to hear you found products with spelt labeled as "gluten-free". Ususally they label spelt products as "wheat free" or as a "wheat alternative", but they should never read gluten-free. -

Sherry, I forgot to comment on this. I recently had asked my acupuncturist if she or her teacher (a very old wise Chinese man) used Chinese medicine to treat lyme disease. She said yes, and off the top of her head she told me they approach it and treat it as bacteria, but needed to ask her teacher more about it, and of course this is for here in Colorado... -

I am super happy for our little Kass!!! Exciting news, and I can't wait to hear how everything went. I am also wanting to hear how her mom did with all of this and her thoughts post LLMD appt. Sherry, thanks for your thoughts. I have a chronic form of angioedema (the disease rather than the condition/situational) and have had since around the time I first started getting sick. Oh Happy Day! One giant leap forward for Celiac-kind I have a story on the other side of the spectrum, it seems my Whole Foods is training the folks there to say "Nothing" is gluten-free, due to the fact that they can't guarantee cc, which I totally understand....but they have taken the ingredient lists away (I was looking at the candy case). ...
