    That's how I cook most of the time too I'm thinking about making rolls too, instead of cornbread or biscuits that we typically have with our Christmas Eve chili/stew.     Thanks Patti. I carried my epi pen around all day and was on stand by to go the ER, I also tried some homeopathic remedies too, but thankfully it didn't get to the point where I couldn't breathe.     Susie Q, I have the same problem, super dry cracked lips all year long, but even more so in the winter, and my feet. I have noticed an improvement recently however, I have been taking high doses of fish oils so I am thinking for me it was from within (a lack of EFAs) not necessarily what moisturizer I have been using on my lips/feet.

    Just wanted to say hi. I've had an angioedema outbreak that's been pretty bad. Last Saturday I woke up with it on my tongue which was very scary, my tongue was so swollen it filled up my entire mouth and it was close to blocking my airway. I'm really behind on posts, but I hope everyone is doing well.

    Same here I particularly paid attention in the foundation color guide to if the skin burns or not and the color of the veins on the underside of the arm, that's what helped me make my final decision.     Thanks everyone for sharing their menus, everything sounds great! We usually do chili or stew for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day we've had everything from the traditional turkey/ham dinner to really fancy with beef tenderloin to brunch. I'm just not sure what to cook, I guess I am looking for inspiration Keep those menus coming!

    I've baked these brownies a couple of different times, I've always let them cool on the counter about and hour+ or so and it seems they don't crumble as much as they do when they are still a little hot.
