    Just one or two comments.... Did you have a blood test for the antibodies? Perhaps your biopsy is negative as the test equipment didn't pick up damaged tissue and took a healthy piece, as sometimes can happen in biopsies? Were you ingesting gluten unknowingly during the gluten-free diet period? And does the doctor have a clear plan of what to do...

    Thanks, but I am still Amish. I wouldn't know how to do the salad bowl thing you have going. It amazes me. I don't have enough spare time to figure these things out or when I learn them by the time I need to use it again, I have forgotten or lost my notes on it.

    My only advice is that after you rule in or out a health problem and you still don't have any answers then analyze if you are coming into contact with an allergen during your work or hobby. Do you have some type of a latex allergy (gloves)?

    Thomas Good point about the economy connection. I heard that the wheat growers are already upset about the low carb craze. Just imagine what their response would be if a good portion of the population were celiac disease. Ouch! Maybe they can find a way to convert wheat/rye/oats/barley into auto fuel.
