    What does this recipe consist of? If you just need a biscuit (is that how that is spelled?) recipe, I have one that tastes really good. It doesn't rise the same way that "regular" baking powder biscuits do, but the texture and flavor are great. Betsy

    Adding to Tom's statement: I think that it's the first year or so where things are the worst as far as the obsessive feeling goes. After that you just get into the habit of dealing with your diet and it becomes normal to you. Label reading becomes a lot easier as time goes on, and you also know (in general) the things that are on your OK list.

    On September 3, 2005 Western Family Acetaminiphin, Asprin, and Asprin-Free pain relievers were all gluten free. I'm not sure if they still are, but they were then. As far as name brand pain relievers go, I haven't actually called any of them, but I'm sure they will answer any questions you have. Sorry I couldn't be more help!
