  1. just spreading some thoughts to people: anyway, anyone who sees this should attempt a "no table salt or iodized salty food diet" for a few weeks. if you have the same lip/mouth area dh/acne then its worth doing. i have also changed my soap from the dial gel which you need the sponge thingy to a bar of white ivory. if you do this lmk how it works out...

  5. i'll say this much, ive stayed away from table salt for about 2 weeks now and im noticing a difference in the level of DH that i get particularly around the mouth (lips) area. if you have problems like this do what im doing and see if it makes a difference. i wouldnt exactly say its the salt, but more of less the iodized salt factor.... peace, jdog

  7. hey, just curious, read the first page and saw about a possible allergy to corn and was wondering if you have this allergy rachel? also, if you do, do you get dh? curious to know as you have a large amount of experience w/ the allergy testing and such... as it seems by the near 900 pages! anyways if you can lmk id appreciate it. email or pm me...

    one thing that i have done in the past week is give up table salt, this and also sunkist almonds in the big platic jar. ive noticed the dh has reduced some, im keeping w/ indefinitely. i might take this weekend off and see it has an effect on me over the next week and a half of being out of a gluten free work environment (the pizza shop). look for a reply...

  13. thought id say something, i live in VA on the eastern shore for part of the summer. i do work down there in a town called wachapreague which is just off route 13. nice place, quiet.... if anyone see's this and is passing through, lmk. there are no restaurants down there now that are gluten free i'm sure, but if i get the chance, im gonna have a gluten...
