  1. I don't know exactly what information you're looking for but I found this site informative. Open Original Shared Link
  2. Claire, You're job sounds um......interesting. Yeah, that's it.
  3. My sentiments too Claire. Donna, Hope all goes well with cramming for your songs. Does this mean that we don't get a bioset update tomorrow? Maybe she's seen you but you haven't seen her. Interesting.
  4. This is a quote from an article by Dr. Russell Blaylock, retired neurosurgeon. He also says the aspartame has a strong connection to brain tumor induction.
  5. I need to add in more fruits and veggies. Thanks for sharing. Now I need to start my own herb planter garden. Since I've been out from my parents house (about 20 years) I've tended to rely on the grains like the food pyramid says. Since going gluten free I've been eating too much protein (in my opinion).
  6. I haven't done real well with probiotics. Mine are cultured from goats milk which I am slightly intolerant to (along with dairy). My youngest broke out in a very bad diaper rash so I suspect he has a problem with dairy/goat too. I'm no longer taking them.
  7. That wouldn't surprise me. My doc said they have coated wheat kernels with mercury to keep them from molding before growing. Don't know if they still do that though.
  8. I like your new pic too. You have a nice smile. Yay on the weight gain!!! Hope all goes well with the IV treatment today.
  9. In the spirit of off topicness......now's my adopted kitty.
  10. Someone had a not so pleasant experience with bats if I remember correctly. These were made to be friendly and colorful. You'd have to visit the first few pages of the Rachelville 2 thread to read more about the bats.
  11. I do hope you feel better after this herx. What will the blood work tell you?
  12. I do hope that this one won't be so bad and that with each one you do feel a bit better. Is it due to die off that there aren't as many to die, or grow, or spread toxins, or whatever?
  13. Good point Donna. Couldn't even leave for a couple hours last summer or you'd be 5 pages behind. Poor Rachel couldn't keep up. Thanks for the memories Rachel. Julie will try and stop by to say "hi" but she's been super busy. If not, this is her "hi" to everyone.
  14. Have you been tested for candida? Maybe you could try the candida diet. The gals on the OMG thread can help you out with that.
  15. Thanks for the link to the article. Carla, I saved over your link. Rachel, That checkstand, eeeewwwwww!
  16. Welcome Blurayne! I don't know the answer to your question, just wanted to say "hi".
  17. Rachel, It's good to hear that some companies are trying to do better. I don't think I mentioned that I tried the probiotics on Thursday and Friday. Seth broke out in a very bad diaper rash again so I'm assuming that is the culprit. I haven't taken them again since. I'm low intolerant on dairy and goat and obviously he is too.
  18. I just want to throw in my 2 cents worth on the b12. I was vegan for 3 years and before that either ovo, or lacto-ovo vegetarian for another 5 years or so. I took a prenatal which had 100% b12, drank fortified soy milk, ate things with yeast flakes in it frequently. Mind you this was all pre gluten free. My b12 was low even with all that. For...
  19. Rachel, Your rephrase was much better. I was beginning to get concerned. Don't want you getting highly toxic with junk again.
  20. Mitch is doing well. Not often he gets to weigh in but I do keep him updated on what's going on here.
  21. Ok, so what's my excuse?
  22. Maybe I should figure out how to get you over here to be creative with our dinners amongst those things we don't eat and can't eat. Sorry the VSL was so awful for you. Has your doc run any more tests to check for lyme or co-infections? Didn't he think ART would be a good thing for you? I'd love to see you tackle that so you can have what needs to...
  23. He didn't tell me what he liked. Maybe the word was gentler, slower. I don't know. But if I had metal toxicity, I'm sure I would need something like NDF. Who knows, that may be in our future sometime.
  24. I'm refering to your holiday baking......stuff you couldn't eat that you made for the family.
  25. It seems Patti doesn't have a problem with this, but I certainly would have to taste. Rachel talked about the properties of NDF.....couldn't tell you what page it was on though. Sounds like pretty good stuff. My doctor likes something more natural than that I think but whatever problem I may have with metals it obviously isn't as bad as you two. ...
